The location is very near to station (Ueno stataion and Inaricho station). The room is bigger than i expected, the facilities are complete, and the staff are very helpful

I really enjoyed how it was tucked away in a quieter part of ueno, but still near the station. I had no issues finding it with navigation.
I loved that it was a repurposed apartment building, the space was very comfortable for my husband and I. We only stayed for a night as we were heading onto sendai, but I would stay again for sure. For what we paid I have no complaints at all.
Some of the surfaces were showing their age, but were by no means bad or in disrepair.

Not far from Ueno station. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit old. The fridge looked not too clean inside. No coffee available.
