Halten Sie die Zugangskarte durch Ihre Windschutzscheibe in Richtung der Box und halten Sie sie, bis die Lampe grün leuchtet und sich das Tor öffnet. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Fahrzeug nahe genug an das Tor / den Arm gezogen ist, damit der Untergrundsensor vom Fahrzeug ausgelöst wird. Gehe runter zu Level E und parke in Platz 168.

Great location and view but condo needs deep cleaning and updates. Honestly just some regular maintenance would help. Lots of broken items (blinds, towels holders, fan/light, etc...)

Perfectly located downtown Seattle, there are many things you can do walking or using public transportation. The view from the windows is beautiful.

Great location, check in process took way long than needed. once we got the keys, easy to navigate around the property. Having target in the same building was handy. Blinds in Master bedroom were broke, so made it difficult to use. we had the small plug in fans going all the time, With no Air conditioning, the suite got very warm in afternoon and evening, making it difficult and uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Even in the rain the views are spectacular. Very good location. Sunsets are worth the price alone. We would definitely return to enjoy this stunning residence.

Stayed here with two colleagues and the location was a dream. Loved watching the ferries moving day and night. Pull-out couch was stiff but workable, hot water needed to be metered more than expected. Host worked to resolve an issue with the internet. With pool/sauna/hot tub downstairs and Target below, we felt like everything we needed was at arm's reach. Will stay here again as we have regular business in Seattle.

Over all pleased but a few things should be addressed The lighting in both bath rooms is dark and should be brightened up! All three mattresses should be replaced with at least a Marriott standard . They are very uncomfortable for such a quality condo! Other than that couldn't ask for a better location with access. Superb!

This was a perfect location for us however the condo was in need of a lot of upkeep. There is an amazing view but not all the blinds worked so it was blocked. Not sure if anyone had stayed there in a while as the floors were very dirty and things were a bit musty. A good deep cleaning would solve things.

The photos don't do the apt justice it is exactly as described the managment staff is very helpful, it's super clean and the view is awesome, would defineately return!

Great space right in the heart of Seattle. Central location makes everything very easy to get to.
Property is very clean and well laid out. Amenities are fantastic.
Very warm in the summer however with no available A/C although numerous fans are present.
I would stay at this property again.

We walked in the unit & the view exceeded our expectations!! We were all sooooooo Happy & enjoyed the sunsets each night!! The view was just spectacular!! Check in was a breeze & the nice lady assisting us went above & beyond! The unit was clean & comfortable!!😊

The view is phenomenal! Great place to stay when visiting Seattle. Close to almost all attractions and within walking distance (20 minutes max). I went with my family (wife and kids ages 14,11 and 8) and we all enjoyed. Target is just an elevator ride down. Would definitely rent again if I visit Seattle.

The property was a lovely 2 bedroom with wonderful accommodations. Was outfitted with all necessities to cook.
I love you complaint and it has nothing to do with the property but downtown Seattle is a sad city. Lots of homeless people, open drug use, not much police presence. Took away from the experience of staying in a downtown. Hope to see it improve.
The whole area is amazing and the condo is in a perfect location to use as your base.

The workers there we not very happy with us, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us leaving the ramp - but it took about 10 minutes for them to secure what they were working on before we could exit.

Beautiful, well appointed and equipped apartment. Target located conveniently a elevator ride away and next door to all manner of goodies that Pike’s Place Market has to offer.

This property was great for our family vacation in Seattle. It has an amazing view of the market and water and is well located near all the downtown sites, shopping and great food. We would definitely book again!

Elliott bay condo.
nice view from 20th floor. stay could have been better if microwave worked, unit was cleaned better, light in bathrooms was equal to candle light, and toilet handle still broken since 2017.

Our stay at Newmark Elliot Bayview
The condo and it’s location were perfect for my family of five. The only negative was that the lighting in the bathrooms was poor and the coffee table ottoman was very old looking and worn. Other than that the place was clean, neat and had the necessary amenities needed for the week stay. I would definitely book this condo again.

Great Building & Location - Minor maintenance required
The building is in a great location. The unit was a perfect size and the kitchen was well - equipped. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Better maintenance would make it perfect. The microwave did not work. The window treatments are cheap and the shade in the MBR was broken. The handle of one toilet kept falling off. One of the TV remotes had several non-working buttons. The false cabinet fronts in the kitchen kept falling off.

Beautiful panoramic view! So close to Pike Place Market, and waterfront activities, and yet the sound proof windows, provided quiet when necessary! Every thing was provided, and with Target just next door, food and drinks were easy to obtain. The front desk staff were all very friendly and ready to please. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Seattle, I will definitely stay again! We stayed for an entire week, and I didn't rent a car. The view is amazing!
The view from the condo is amazing, the location is convenient and the front desk staff of the building is friendly and nice. The condo needed a few light bulbs changed but other than that everything was perfect.
