Es verfuegt ueber einen großen Garten mit Rasen und Grill. Ganzjährig buchbar, auch für kurze Aufenthalte. Führungen und Besichtigung der besten Spots zum Surfen auf Anfrage. Es besteht aus: Wohnzimmer mit Küche gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer mit 2 oder 3 Einzelbetten (2 koennen für ein Paar zusammengestellt worden werden) Badezimmer mit Dusche, 2° Badezimmer mit Dusche mit aussen Eintritt von der Veranda, komplett ausgestattete Veranda, privaten Garten.

We spent a wonderful week at Villetta Chia with our family of 5. Betty is a very nice host who supported us in every way. The appartment fitted perfectly to our needs. It was clean and well equipped. The garden and the hill-view was enjoable. Beaches are within few minutes drives. Thanks a lot again, Betty!!!

We had a beautiful stay in Chia and enjoyed the house and the beaches in the area. The House is on a hill with nice surroundings and view to the valley on the back side. It is a lovely place to visit.

A lovely pretty, private and well equipped villa with a beautiful garden. Shops, veg & fruit stalls, bar, restaurants within walking distance. Several beaches within walking distance. Beautiful lagoons with flamingos. The owner Betty was very helpful and welcoming and very kindly organised our taxi driver from the airport, which really helped because we then had a contact of a local taxi driver throughout our stay. A wonderful holiday and would be very happy to return!

Betty was a great host and took a lot of care and attention to make sure we were settled on and was always on hand to answer any questions or give advice.
The villa itself is exactly like the photos, the garden and terrace are beautifully kept and well equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors.
Location wise it is a short (less than 10min drive to all of the stunning chia beaches) and the nearest town, Pula, is about a 20 minute drive. The villa is in a quiet reseidebtial location with lovely views over the countryside but you do need a car to get to shops, bars, restaurants as there is not much within walking distance and the roads are poorly lit at night.

The apartment is very relaxed and stylish, and the kitchen well equipped. The garden and outside space also too is beautiful. Betty is an excellent host. Chia is a small town with many lovely empty beaches nearby. April seemed a good time to visit- not everything was open but the countryside is fantastic. There are several well priced restaurants nearby.

The perfect haven in Chia! Quaint and quiet with your own peaceful garden! Conveniently located 10 minutes walk to the beach, mountain hiking or running, and a local grocery store...you can't get a better location without staying at surrounding hotels. Having a private home here was ideal for chilling with friends and exploring the beaches both by foot and by car. Betty and Micky were excellent hosts, going out of their way to get you anything you need and work around your schedule. Incredibly clean and stocked with more than enough towels, blankets and pillows! I hope to visit again one day!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY!!!

The house is located in a quiet area and has a beautiful veranda where you can eat an live in the evenings. The house is very clean an has been renovated / expanded recently. The owner of the house Betty is very friendly and speaks English very well. The interior is decorated very nice and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
Sea and grocery shop is at walking distance. What can I say, we miss your house already Betty!

mum and dad with 5 year old, from london. stayed one week. excellent apartment. spacious/comfortable/clean/well appointed. excellent setting - on secluded hillside with wonderful terraced gardens descending down to spacious garden/patio area. outside garden shower very practical for after beach rinsing plus additional external bathroom very practical (2 bathrooms). excellent location for beautiful beaches - walking or short car drive. very pleasant and helpful owner. we regularly rent holiday accommodation in europe and we highly recommend this property which very comfortably accommodates 4 people in bedrooms, plus, I think, a sofa bed in living room. regards to you betty from London and we hope to see you again!
