Great location for our visit. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Huge bonus that each bedroom has its own attached bedroom. Planning on staying here again our next time in town!

Our family had a great stay at this property. It was as described and pictured. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Such a great alternative to staying in a hotel. We were in Mt. Pleasant for a wedding so this was the perfect place to stay. Close to the Harbor Resort and Marina and down town Charleston. I would definitely stay again! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby too!

Very nice property. Perfect for elderly parent on first floor and others who are younger on 2nd floor. 3/3 was terrific...no shared bathrooms! Location was great for quick trips around MP and short Uber rides to downtown Charleston and IOP. I would definitely stay here again.

House was just as described. Perfect for 6 adults. Hosts were amazing with responses as well as very accommodating with us when it came to late flights. The treat basket was greatly appreciated since we arrived close to 11PM. Kind enough to offer a few recommendations as well. Complex itself was also well maintained. Location was ideal since we were doing a lot of sightseeing and it was close enough as well as quick to get to main roads. Close to market. Definitely recommend!!

The property was found exactly as it appeared in the listing. Communication was easy with Chris and he was responsive. The property was located ideally to get around Charleston, Mt Pleasant and the islands! To top it off, the listing was affordable for that area. Highly recommend this listing and would use it again if I return to the area.

This property was amazing and available just at the right time too. I was stuck in a dangerous neighborhood in North Charleston with my family, in a VRBO that was not described properly and was listed for sale by the owner. I reached out to Chris and she made it possible for us to check in earlier than the normal check in time. We felt relieved and safe to enjoy our last days of our vacation in this townhome. Beautiful area and will be returning.

This condo in Mt. Pleasant provided a great stay for a weekend trip. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had 3 baths. Nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The location was great with easy accessibility to restaurants in Mt. Pleasant but also, easy access off of Hwy 17 to take into Charleston. Spent part of yesterday sitting on the partially shaded terrace enjoying the weather. Would definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Clean and exactly as pictured. We arrived in Mt. Pleasant a couple of hours before check in at 4:00. We were surprised and pleased to receive a text advising that the condo was ready and that we could check in early. Great location and convenient to everything.

Owner/manager was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Early check in allowed us to get ready and go to high tea. The location was so convenient to all of our planned events. Will definitely book again and recommend.

We drove to Charleston for an easy weekend getaway. This property was perfect for our family. The location was very good. Great coffee and breakfast were within walking distance and an easy drive into downtown Charleston. Perfect layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and plenty of room to hang out at the dining table or in the living room. Could easily accommodate two couples or large families. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the rental. Chris is a great host and he provided very clear instructions about the house. House has all the amenities that a family needs for a short stay. There was a selection of board games that we enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Our stay for a family of 5 was ideal. Very Clean, Comfortable beds and right off the main roads in a nice quiet community. groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops all in a quick drive from the property. We were in town for a wedding and we were close to both venues we were a part of!!

We came to Mt Pleasant for baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. This condo was easy access to the Park as well as going to the beach. We had an awesome stay at the condo. If we come back to area we would definitely reach out to Chris again.

We were numerous family members in town for a family reunion, so we rented two condos in this complex. They were essentially identical and both perfect: very conveniently located, super clean, comfortable beds and well supplied. The little ones particularly appreciated the access to the pool in the complex. Chris, the owner of this particular unit, was very helpful and responsive - a nice guy generally. All in all, a great place to stay in the Charleston area!
