- The lack of personal contact . - Using digital codes etc is very difficult for people with athrose in fingers or with poor eyesight. The property should inform clearly -before booking- that they work only digitally- - There was no desk or table, a necessary item for most business travellers. (low table did not work)

The location was perfect, 2 tram stops from my client's office

when using the bathroom in room 11, you could hear everything taking place in the room next door for example I was able to hear music very clearly.

Great location, easy and walkable area with restaurant and shops. Very quiet. The apartments are well maintained and with all the necessary utilities. Air condition works great. We were a family of 5 and got the largest apartment with one bedroom and a queen size bed and a queen size sleeping sofa. We were comfortable and happy. Highly recommended. Check in was smooth. Laundry area is downstairs. Dryer takes for ever and unfortunately didn’t dried the clothes but we were able to hang it inside the apartment and it worked for us.

Beds were really comfy. The man at the entrance working was lovely and helped us get room card.

The tv was basically on floor level and you couldn't even properly angle it up so you basically had to sit on the floor. The vibes were just really dismal, it was like hiding away from the world. And the price was insanity, okay you're in an expensive zone in Madrid, close to the centre with great transport links, close the the main high street, but like its the southernmost point in Pozuelo, you're facing the main road/motorway. The actual stay was good and it had a kitchen as it was a small studio but the price was just too much, and that was considering we got a great discount. We could've had a hotel somewhere much nicer for less.
