although the hotel is very close to the railway, the tight window prevent most of the noisy, only could notice that during late night.

Very good option for a stay in this part of Tokyo. Great value for money. All very comfortable.

We struggled a bit with the digital check-in, knowing where to exactly go to do what, but must say this was really our issue. The facility itself is certainly good. Just know what to expect (read emails you receive with codes etc). The proximity to the rails makes it a little noisy, but largest part of the night is silent.

No breakfast provided. Best bathroom and shower.

The accommodation was super clean, spacious for 4 people. Location is perfect close to train stations (Diamon, Hamamatsucho). The communications with the staff was top.
