The entrance via the ground floor cafe is a bit confusing.

酒店装修很舒服，位置也很安静。房间的设施都很现代，很新，很干净。房间免费提供的茶和咖啡很好喝，大堂提供的茶水服务非常优秀。总体来说是一次非常好的入住体验。

唯一的瑕疵是房间里的架子有点挡住走动路线，容易撞头，希望做一个保护措施，以免发生安全事故。

Todo perfecto. Buena ubicacion, las habitaciones son bastante grandes y muy bonitas, limpias y no se escucha ruido. La calidad de la cama es muy buena, se duerme muy bien. El buffet es muy bueno. Muy buena relacion calidad-precio.

Nada, ha sido todo perfecto. Es un poco caro pero lo hemos conseguido a buen precio con mucha antelacion.

朝食が良かったです。

ベッドマットレスが硬くてあまり寝心地が良くなかった。 写真よりも部屋が狭く感じて、あまり寛げなかった。 朝食は美味しかったけどスタッフの態度が無愛想だし 不案内で居心地が悪かった。

The rooms were really big and had everything we needed. As well we had a nice view. The bathtub is huge and has enough space for two. The tea you get at the reception is amazing.

The beds are quite hard. Even after getting some additional bed layers they still were quite hard. The breakfast does not provide a lot of options. Especially non diary or vegan options.

Comfortable (firm) bed, super clean, well located, well laid out

This is like a small boutique hotel nestled in the more business area of Tokyo in a quite area . Not very close to a metro often we would get a taxi to go to a main station , worked for us , there is a 7/11 in the corner and a limited selection of restaurants around. Laundrymat about 10 min walk which we used once. The rooms are small ( if you have more than a luggage each , you are a big tall person that’s not for you ) for the price but the room is very clean , elegant and they provide lots of free bathroom amenities, Their skin products were top quality . They offer free matcha twice a day and there is this cute coffee downstairs that offers breakfast for a fee but we didn’t try it . Staff very kind , speaks English but have google translator in hand .

Not sufficient options for coffee shops , restaurants around . Rooms are quite small for the price . I would not recommend if you have kids . Coffee shop is open on limited hours and offers only filtered coffee.
