Location was great. The apartment was accessible through a good size elevator and staircase. The space was clean and provided genuine hairdryer.

Location and layout was really nice and the apartment was really clean.

Communication was not there at all and the bathroom showers rods are too sharp and no space to put the soap etc.

The location was fantastic. Incredibly close to the Louvre and the Seine. Air conditioning was great. Restaurants were right outside apartment building and there was a close by super market.

Elevator was out the entire weekend. For over $500 US dollars a night and being on the third floor I expected better. I had to drag my 50 lb bag up and down a narrow spiral staircase. Not ideal. And for the price I think it would be nice if they left nespresso pods. I’ve stayed at much cheaper places in other European cities and that’s common.

The location was PRIME! It was a 4 minute walk to the Louvre and to the Metro. There were a few excellent cafés just steps from the main entrance and only a 10 minute walk to a little district with popular restaurants. The room itself was cute and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Even though it's an older building, it had an elevator, which was convenient for packing our luggage up and down but also very nice after spending the day walking up and down hundreds of stairs at the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. The digital code entrance was very handy as well as we didn't have to worry about carrying keys or key cards. Lots of storage for clothing, so feel free to unpack your suitcases!

Communication with staff leading up to the stay was difficult. I received some phishing text messages asking for personal information after already submitting info through booking.com. While I can't really blame the company for the text messages, when I asked for clarification if the messages were legitimate, coming from the company, I didn't receive a response. It would have been nice to have received confirmation from the company because the entire time leading up to our stay, I was wondering if I was right to ignore the text messages and worrying if our reservation was still valid. I was also charged approximately €200 more than the advertised price on booking.com. Not sure if I missed some fineprint about extra fees, but I will be following up with the company. While our teenage son said the pullout bed was comfortable, some of the bars were bent, which made it very difficult to pull out and nearly impossible put away.. The only other problem is that there weren't enough bath towels (4 towels for 5 guests), and no face cloths or kitchen towels were provided. I understand that the listing has overall suite measurements, but the unit was significantly smaller than how it looks in the pictures. We used the pullout couch with left zero floor space for suitcases and left us feeling trapped in our beds whenever in the unit. Overall, it met most of our needs... it's a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay, but too small for our family of 5. The lack of face cloths, kitchen towels, and enough bath towels for everyone was annoying, but not the end of the world. The biggest problem was the communication with the company... especially the lack of response to my inquiries about the phishing texts i received, so BEWARE!

The place of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was nice. We could leave our suitcases at basement.

Everything falls from the table because the table wasn't standing good. The bathroom wasn't good. All the water go out and make a mess.

Brilliant Location near the Louvres and right in the heart of cafes , bars , easy access to supermarkets and Bakeries and it had everything we needed to self cater. Good space for me and my teenage daughter . Clean and Comfortable . No service , online check-in easy and didn’t need service . Would definitely book it again .

+location is superb near the louvre, bars and restaurants. +the apartment is decorated very nicely, everything looks brand new. +kitchen is small, but excellent. +the sofa can be opened to a full sized bed and has another spare sheets and pillows. +staff answered my questions shortly, and assisted with what needed.

- the staff requested me to send my credit card photo, prior the check in. - the trash bin was broken, and it had no garbage bags. - the toilet is next to the kitchen, which isn’t really nice. - I couldn’t use the washing machine which was in -1 floor because it requested some code which I didn’t have and wasn’t provided by the staff. - the parking outside the apartment is very expensive (45 euros per day).

Too small for 6 people

Communication was not good with the host. They told us to checkout at 11 but cleaning staff was in the apartment by 10am. Also need to email ahead when will be checking check out instruction would be given to us. I was not sure why they needed photo and I’d proof of each one staying with me.

the management agency is really not welcoming the couch is broken there are only 3 glasses for a place where normally can host up to 6 people there is very limited privacy as the couch bed and one of bed are in the living room and the door that separated with the bedroom is not at all blocking sound there was a naked electric cable hanging from the ceiling - super dangerous it was super small the bedroom you can’t move around at all , even to pass through you need to walk on the side wouldn’t come back if it’s more that a couple of nights

the hotel manager or whoever is in charge of sending messages with customers is really irresponsible. I already sent before my arrival that we want the sofa bed to be opened and our leaving time per their request. The sofa bed wasn’t opened and they asked again my leaving time. they ask for passport pictures which I understand but they also asked you to take selfie and a pic of credit card. we send our photo taken by other people but they INSISTED to have a SELFIE. like what’s your problem? the shower handle is broken which will easily cut your fingers or hand. All trash bins are broken too. you need to get down to the floor and open the lid yourself can be fit for max 4, even 5 would be too crowded only good thing is location and spacious for 2-4 ppl

broken lift, unresponsive staff, not enough crockery, bin lids broken, sofa bed broken, no tissues and had to buy toilet paper.

not two bedroom, sofa bed broken, noisy and uncomfortable. Okay for a family of 3 or 4, definitely not 5 because the sofa bed was so bad.
