The location was surrounded by some grocery shops and coffee shops which was convenient

When we came in the smell of the room was so bad, the cattle was dirty and the towels were not clean, when we first came in the morning the reception staff was not welcoming, she told us that we need to pay more for early check in, we booked for one extra night that we will not sleep in so I told her if there is any chance that we can early check in without paying because we paid for more night and she refused which was ok , we agreed to pay extra charge for the early check in and then she said that there was no rooms to check in, we asked for connected rooms and she said no, when we came again at night and shift changed the other receptionist gave us the connected rooms without any problems.
