Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Plano - The Colony by IHG

I requested a shower bench or chair during booking on booking.com. When I booked it they also asked the expected time of arrival. I stated 3-4:00 pm. I received notification that my special request would be granted at no additional charge. The front desk did not have any information regarding my request for the shower chair. After a few tense moments, Luckily, Jaelyn was kind enough to find one from housekeeping. He was also kind enough to bring it to our room and help us get inside the room. I had my hands full pushing my husband's wheelchair and rolling the luggage. Jaelyn was very kind and accommodating. We stayed on a week day on the bottom floor. We did not hear any outside noise which was a bonus. The rooms and exterior were in good repair. Room was very clean.
