Calangute beach corner is the best property I have ever stayed in. Big spacious room with kitchen attached. It saved too much on our food expenses. Price is also very reasonable. Staff of this property is a Gem.

It is close to beach(walking distance). They provided parking but it was open parking.
Washroom was not clean as per my expectations. There were bad smell in hall/kitchen and room. You will hear road noise or people noise from roads.

There were only 2 staff. The one who handled both room service and reception desk and the second one was for room cleaning if asked to do he was doing, that too in a rude behaviour. Every time both the two were interested in how to get money from the guests at any cost. Also the package the sell from the reception desk was unknown to them only.
Every time they both were into collect money from the guest at any cost. No backup for electricity, AC was not working from the first day, however we managed and asked them to change the room if possible, they in a rude behaviour said, "koi room change nhi hoga, dusra room nhi hai", then we have to managed as per the situation but the last day when we requested them that we can checkout our rooms by 1:00 pm they were like, "aisa nahi chalega, aapko firr poora din ka Paisa dena hoga, and all rubbish was said by both the persons". I hereby say that it was a waste of my money and time too.

The advertisement promised a lot of things like a view, toilet paper, kettle, hairdryer etc which were not there. They only came when I complained. The Re was no view at all. The room had no windows irva balcony for a view.

The reception staff despite they speak very little English is extremely helpful and polite. Always with a smile on their face. The manager is always reachable by WhatsApp and answers any query straight away.

Termites all over the bed, Bed was dirty and not clean, i checked in late asked for water but no water bottle provided inspite i was paying for it but no one helped, i order water bottle online via swiggy.
Pathetic service can't provide water for guest.

They asked 50% at the time of booking and remaining at the time of check-in. We arrived late night and wanted to check in asap. But the staff was adamant to make full payment before entering the room. They didn't give us the room shown at the time of booking, There were no basic amenities in the room, upon asking for the same the staff arrogantly replied 'nahi milega'. Cockroaches were roaming around in the room. The door latch was broken. The bedding for 5 was accommodated somehow. We couldn't sleep properly for 2 nights.I had to speak to a senior named Sakshi then. She arranged for a few things.

Not hotel it's home stay Staff is very bad or service is nill which pics shown on site all are wrong false not same as shown very dirty room or a bad location ur staff abuse with me and that is not hotel that is a home stay

Location of the hotel,staffs were decent and friendly.Juyel a good staff.
Wifi should have been strong in groundfloor rooms.have to come out of room fr strong connection during stay. Towels and bedsheets should have been clean .
