This unit is fantastic, modernised and well presented and in a really nice area I love it here

We loved the location of this house. Close to the sea and the city and a beautiful, peaceful established suburb. The house was well equipped ,lovely bathrooms ,big towels,,comfortable beds and the bonus of a swimming pool. Greeted by the owner so felt immediately at home.

Easy to book online, no dramas

The perfect location for our Perth family visit. The pool was a godsend and the park across the road, the river walks and close proximity to shops etc was excellent. Communication was quick and thoughtful. Extra towels bedding and small kitchen items as well as fully functional aspects made all the difference. A home away from home where we wanted for nothing.

Just returned from a 3 week stay at Melvista over Christmas and the New Year spending time with my brother who also stayed at Mark and Gills property for several nights. We were travelling as a party of 5 which included teenage girls and their grandmother and the property was a great size and catered for all of us. I cannot find anything negative or disappointing to say about our stay at Melvista, a truly wonderful home full of every appliance or household item you could wish for....and more!!! The house was presented to us in immaculate condition...spotlessly clean ! We spent lovely days around the great swimming pool having BBQ's or due to it's great location took walks along the swan river or jumped in the car to visit Freemantle, Scarborough or Hillarys which are all just short journeys away. Claremont Quarter with its abundance of shops is a 15 minute stroll away which we walked several days. I must commend Mark on his professionalism and prompt actions on sorting any problem out....whilst out one day the Boiler broke down so we had no hot water on our return, after speaking to Mark it was all sorted with a new boiler installed in less than 24 hours.....Great stuff Mark as hot water is very important to two teenage daughters...!!!!! You saved me. I cannot thank Mark and Gill enough for making our stay truly memorable at their home in Claremont, and would not hesitate to stay again when revisiting my brother in Perth. Thanks to you both......Geoff

Property was clean comfortable quiet and well situated. Mark and Gill are great hosts.
