Breakfast and staffs were nice. Although there was no clear guide of menu at Spa, their massage was nice. Location is convenient for a small walk and some restaurants, but full of traffic if you try to move by a car

There was a massive boiler/AC fan in front of a window of my room. Thus, there was no any light come in even during day time, and worst part is that they were active in very random time such as from 3am or 2pm. I could hear the heavy loud noise of engine most of time when I was in the room. Since there were earplugs prepared in the room, I believe that many people have complained. The hotel should have informed guests beforehand, and change the prices of those room.

The hotel is well located. Staff is kind and ready to help, communication before traveling was smooth. Suggested to all types of travellers

Our window was facing some air ventilation system that was noisy during the night. We didn’t have any problem to sleep but sensitive people could be bothered.

Would not recommend LGBT couples to stay here. We booked a double room. On arrival the male receptionist insisted we be ‘upgraded’ to two single beds. I politely said no but he said we were being upgraded to two beds and that’s that. I would not feel comfortable staying here again

During the reservation (7 days in advance) I asked for a quiet room because I had to work in the room. Upon arrival, I emphasized this once again and the lady at the reception told me that there would be no problem. However, upon entering the room, I was confronted with something I had never seen before in over 1,000 hotels. On the table I found earplugs which clearly indicated that the hotel is fully aware that the insulation in their rooms is terrible, which was fully demonstrated throughout the night. However, at 5 am in the morning the DISCO started in the adjacent rooms with very loud music and shouting. I immediately called the reception and asked them to regulate it. After they promised me that they would send hotel security, nothing happened during the next 20 minutes because the teenagers continued with loud music and shouting. Since nothing had changed, I went to the reception desk to check why the security didn't come: one of the young ladies just answered me that she couldn't find the hotel security, although it was clear that she simply ignored my request. Provoked by such indolence, I asked for a new room, and then another shock: she told me to wait until 12 o'clock to see if she could find me a new room. I couldn't resist, I raised my voice so that the other guests could hear me and asked for a new room right away. I guess I startled her and she just said: oops I found you a new room - we'll give you an upgrade. And, can you imagine, when I went to the new room clearly, I did not get any upgrade, but the same type of room. What kind of malpractice! In many of the world's leading hotels, if you stay 4 nights, you will get an extended check-out at no extra charge, but at CORE, they charged me $40 for a 4-hour extension.

Suite rumorosa con arredi di bassa qualità. Bagno con lavandino sbeccato. Colazione a buffet pessima (immangiabile) in un’area bruttissima. Strada molto brutta.

They offer a room with 2 queen-sized beds (not common for hotels) and rooms are spacious enough.

It has a strong smell from the entrance to the hallway of rooms. I got sensitive nose.

es gibt nur Deckenduschen und keine Handbrausen - sehr umständlich, wenn man nicht tgl Haare waschen will. Housekeeping wird nicht automatisch ausgeführt- nur wenn man das dezidiert angibt. Abends laut aber das weiß man, wenn man sich die Lage anschaut

- nettes Personal - top Frühstück - Zimmer waren erste Klasse - Toilette + Dusche 1A - Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert - wurde jeden Tag gründlich geputzt

- Gibt nichts auszusetzen
