Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The view of Follins Pond was beautiful. Greg was a wonderful host and made us feel
very welcomed. We appreciated his great attention to detail when it came to providing instructions about the house and information on shopping and activities in the area. This is a special, peaceful place and we would highly recommend it! Thank you again Greg!

We enjoyed our stay, perfect amount of space for 3 adults. Greg very easy to communicate with. I would’ve preferred to pay more as opposed to dealing with linen rental/making beds.

The deck and its view which overlooks a lake is the primary asset of the house. Greg was both responsive and accommodating and left complete instructions on how to best use the property and surrounding area. It was a very good experience.

We stayed in the house with our two daughters and had a great time! The location was central for exploring all around the Cape, but a peaceful spot to come back to. We loved the large deck and ate several meals out there. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and exploring the little beach. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable.
Greg was great to work with! He took time before our visit to give recommendations, and also provided a sheet of recommendations before we checked in. He was very responsive to texts while we were there as well.
We had a great vacation and only wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to return!

This house was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5 (kids ages 4-14). Location was perfect for our first time on the cape- close to everything and everywhere we wanted to visit. The house itself was in a quiet neighborhood, had plenty of space for all of us to stretch out, the jack and jill bath for the kids was perfect, and the kitchen had all the basics that we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived. The views of the lake were amazing from the second you walk through the front door. The backyard was perfect. We took advantage of the fire pit which was great and plenty of toys for the beach. We rented kayaks from Bass River Kayaks & Paddleboards which was super convenient and they delivered right to the house and helped us carry them down to the beach. The private beach was perfect for our family and my kids never wanted to leave. The information from Greg prior to arrival was helpful, he was very responsive and always available, and check in/out was simple. Overall, this house made this a great vacation for our family to enjoy the cape and relax. We would definitely recommend. (The only comment I can make as far as improvements- we wish we didn't have to bring our own towels and linens.)

The property is overpriced given the condition of fundamental things such as the broken sliding door lock, kitchen cabinets that don't close all the way, pantry door completely missing, moldy smell in one part of the basement, and dozens of dead bees in the other section. We had to contend with mice in the kitchen, which was a most unpleasant and unexpected surprise. The positives were that we enjoyed the deck a lot and the lake is great for kayaking, but we didn't realize there would be so many stairs making for a difficult time transporting the kayaks. The outdoor shower is wonderful, but the areas around the shower and the deck have not been well maintained and there is a lot of poison ivy. The neighborhood and location are great. We really liked the Jack and Jill bathroom set up between two of the bedrooms and there was a nice open feel to the living space. I really wanted to love this property, but it was just not well maintained.

Beautiful House
We were very satisfied with this rental the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the back yard was breathtaking!!!!!! And they house has plenty of space and they also provide you with a lot of games and stuff that is need for the back yard. My family and I plan on going back next summer and just hang around the house and use the back yard more. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

Could be even better
This is a five star property but having to bring our own towels and bedsheets makes it hard to give a five star rating...We would also have loved it if their were kayaks or a canoe on site to help us enjoy the pond.

Relaxing Home with HUGE Backyard
Stayed here with my family for Labor Day and we had a great, relaxing time. The yard is amazing, especially if you’re never looking to leave the property. If you are, your close to almost all of the “must see” locations on Cape Cod. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We've been vacationing on Cape Cod for a few years and stay at water front properties each year. This is the best experience we've had. The house is not a new construction but it's tastefully and diligently updated. Everything works well, and is clean. 3 bedrooms are spacious. The land is amazing. HUGE lawn that leads to private little beach to launch kayak and paddle board. We rented the kayak and board from Bass River Kayak which was recommended by the house owner and it was excellent - professional equipment and service. Overall it was a slice of heaven.

Fantastic experience
We've been vacationing on Cape Cod for a few years and stay at water front properties each year. This is the best experience we've had. The house is not a new construction but it's tastefully and diligently updated. Everything works well, and is clean. 3 bedrooms are spacious. The land is amazing. HUGE lawn that leads to private little beach to launch kayak and paddle board. We rented the kayak and board from Bass River Kayak which was recommended by the house owner and it was excellent - professional equipment and service. Overall it was a slice of heaven.

An amazing getaway with a view you can't beat!
We loved staying at Greg and Patrice's home. It's beautiful, with a huge backyard and a view overlooking the pond. The house had everything we needed and Greg and Patrice were super-responsive to any questions we had. Fall on the Cape was amazing, with short trips to the bike path and tons of local beaches. We loved it!

Amazing piece of paradise
if you are looking for tranquility, peace, and having the best cape ocean breezes blow on you, this is your place. Owner gives detailed instructions and house is centrally located to everything. My kids did not want to leave the property all week. Will definitely go again

Perfect location on a large Salt Pond with its own beach!
Plenty of room for the four of us. Centrally located , short drive to many activities. Our grandsons, ages 6 and 10, loved the beach and pond , with its own floating 8 foot by 8 foot raft. We all spent a lot of time on the large deck in the late afternoons, overlooking the large backyard and the pond.Would definitely return!

Gorgeous and magical property!
I couldn't quite tell from the pictures how magical this property is... It is up on a hill that slopes down to a beautiful lawn and then down to a beach on the pond. The trees frame the view of the pond just so and it is lovely to sit on the deck and gaze out. We were also treated to a professional level fireworks display from the next door neighbors. Kids couldn't be happier ;)

Family Oasis
Perfect get away for our little family! Very comfortable accommodations and something for everyone. I am still dreaming about that backyard! We grilled every night and made s’mores by the fire. Spent hours on the water. Hope to make it back next year!

Beautiful getaway - private but close to everything!
We had a great 9 days at Greg's. Cute cottage with a backyard and pond access that exceeded the amazing expectations set by the photos. Greg was a gracious host and very accessible. Easy access to highways but beautifully isolated. Cottage itself could use some updating but who wants to be indoors anyway??
