The bottom is all under construction and has been for quite some time. The pool was not functioning either.

The fact that it’s haiti and they don’t use Haitian currency that takes out the culture fun routine and the cost of everything become more expensive than what it should be they over charging I understand you paying for quality but it’s not worth it for some stuff other than that it was okay

The worst experience ever !!!!! the first day the reception made my guest feel uncomfortable had the audacity to call me at 1:00am asking if my guest was staying the night after I had a whole day of traveling from the states which I had to take 3 planes and my guest was driving me which was way to late to take the road which after charged me an extra $40. I travel every 3-4 months to Haiti and always stay in hotel and guests always stay keep me company which NEVER was a additional charge if that was the case I could’ve rented a house . which wasn’t any able to my suiting of liking that’s why I choose this then throughout the night they shut off the light and air conditioning which the place was extremely hot which I had to go down in the lobby to complain and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on . I only ate dinner once at the restaurant which was extremely hot all the time which forced me to dine every meal in the apartment . then the air conditioner flooded the living room and kitchen floor every night which they didn’t fix a hose properly to drain out the water I was highly upset the fact that every night was an issue that I had to go downstairs because no one answered at reception and when I had to go downstairs the hallways and stairs and the entire building was pitch black which is very dangerous!!!!! Then my last night I was up all night packing and again they turn off the light and air conditioning and when I tried to shower they turned that off too so I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth or even flush the toilet. To top of the worst of the worst I found a big roach in my living room WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was a great find. I love that it is set high on a mountain with great views all around. The staff was very kind, always very friendly and helpful. The place always clean. We loved everything about it. WiFi AMAZING. (At a time when the signal all over the country is bad this was amazing) Shower - high pressure. A/C - worked on point. Food delicious and prepared well and to our order. My husband and I don’t use salt or maggi or sugar and these requests were accommodated at every meal even when we forgot to remind the waitress she remembered and made sure our request was accommodated by the kitchen. We will be back !!!

Being our first time to Port Salut. Hubby and I had a hard time finding the road up the mountain. We could see the hotel from below but kept getting lost having to ask multiple people how to get there, this I didn’t like very well. Called the number connected to “Contact Property” on here for help locating the place and had a slight mixup. However, Frantz the owner was great in service recovery and the staff explained to us the situation. It ended being a great stay and a quick getaway for my hubby and I. Better signage starting at the main route and at each point of turn leading to the road that takes you up to the hotel is a recommendation from us. You will see us again this time we won’t get lost.

Free WIFi. Overall a great place to stay.

No hot water. Not able to prepare your own meals. Kitchen was not functional. Television was not functional. Must bring entertainment.

Everything was great

The place is one of a kind, very nice and clean. Food is on point, the staffs were very nice and helpful. The place looks exactly as described on the pictures I would give it more than 5 stars. I will definitely go back.

We booked our reservation without breakfast but on Sunday pumpkin soup was offered to us and we ate happily. It was well season, coming from a picky eater and foodie

We enjoyed our stayed tremendously but outside options could of been made available such as different restaurants in the area
