The parking was easy to find and good - safe. The apartment was special in a nice way, but a bit noisy during the night as it is first floor and scooters run at the front of its windows.
The other toilet - shower room had a bad smell (water sewage system has a problem - stuck somewhere under the bathroom floor). In the other toilet-shower room, the shower was broken.

The apartment is big and has washing machine with dryer
The apartment located in very busy area without free parking spaces although it’s marked with free parking there is none. If you miss the place you need to do a long way to go back to the place. Owner has an optional parking for additional fee of 20€ per night - it could have been helpful to know that there is no free parking in advance before we ordered. There is no kettle in the apartment. The bathroom is in another floor if you sleep upstairs.
