This was our second stay at Watts Bar Lake House since it worked so well for us the first time. The location on the lake is wonderful. We hosted two dinners for family at the lake house and every tool one might need was available. A great view, dock, large lawn and home to enjoy family. The owner offered excellent communication. He continues to make updates to this very comfortable and clean home.

Our family vacation this year was bringing our personal boat to Watts Bar lake so I was searching for properties with lake access and a boat dock. This house was perfect for us and the dock was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the dock even when we weren’t out in the boat. As far as the host, he was amazing to work with. He and I spoke several times prior to the trip and he was helpful with pointers about the lake. He checked in with me on the trip down, made sure everything was good on arrival and was available for any questions during our stay. Check in and Check out was a snap and the times were very reasonable.
The house itself was great too. It was clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and grilling essentials. The bedrooms and bathroom arrangements worked very well for our family. You can tell it was an older home but they have done a great job renovating. The A/C did a great job keeping up with the hot and humid July weather in Tennessee. The huge kitchen table was great and chairs for 10 people. If you are considering this for a vacation I highly recommend it.

Great lakefront property for what we desire, water, sun, incredibly awesome dock, nearby Pickleball courts and Craft Beer, fire pit with seasoned firewood, grills, easy access to water, a screened in porch, patio, hot tub, wine cooler, plenty of parking and refrigerator space for 8 adults. We already booked it for next year!

We had our yearly family fishing trip. The dock here is incredible. Jason was amazing to deal with and responded quickly with anything we needed. We caught many fish included a very large Drum and Largemouth bass. Don't hesitate to book. Very well stocked also.

Property in process of upgrading. Needs to be upgraded. House smelled old. It would help if numerous remotes were marked for what and Wi-Fi password given in instructions. Instructions for using fireplaces. Neither one was used but would keep people from asking if instructions are included. Overall great stay for the money. I would return if military discount was applied.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, and it was so good to have the family together again. It was a perfect place for us. We loved the boathouse (rented a boat from a nearby marina) and had a lovely evening around the fire pit. A most enjoyable stay. Jason was wonderful to communicate with us. The house is well supplied . and we had everything we needed.

The large dock or screen porch were our favorite hangouts! We had 3 kayaks that were easy to put in from this awesome new dock. We never left this VRBO, as there was so much to do! Plenty of space inside for our group of 9.
Kids enjoyed the ping pong, fishing from the dock(we caught lots of sunfish), fire pit for s’mores and story telling, playing games on the dock, and swimming in October! Hope to be back in the next couple of years!!

This home is very well-cared for and was stocked with everything we needed to have an amazing reunion weekend. Checking in and out was very easy and the owner was very responsive. The boat dock was also beautiful and the yard is not too steep to get down and back up easily. Thank you for the use of your fabulous home!

This property was fantastic. Everything was well thought out for the lakehouse vacation. Plenty of bedrooms for our group and kitchen supplied with all your cooking Utensils, pans & dishes. The dock was a favorite hangout. Lots of room for our boat & waverunner and seating to just enjoy being right on the lake. Gentle, sloping yard to a quick walk to the dock. Private lot with trees on both sides and ample parking for multiple vehicles & trailers. Wonderful communication with Jason, the owner. You won’t be disappointed in this property!

First of all Jason, the host, was amazing to work with. So communicative and informative! More communication the better. Great job! House was great. Was able to swing the boat in the driveway for unloading and loading. Updates inside are wonderful especially the kitchen. Tons of countertop space for all ur stuff and the dining table is the perfect huge game table! Plenty of games, ping pong, and hot tub!. The dock! That dock was awesome. Took our bluetooth speaker down there everyday. For a renter, money well spent, host!! Wld love a couple loungers out there. Cant say enuf about this house and its location. Seated right in the heart of the Marinas and short hop to Sand Island. Will be back without a doubt. The Colemans

Perfect Spot
We enjoyed our family vacation so much at this lake house. The Dock was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. The house had everything we needed and was located a short distance to anything we personally needed. Terrace Mariana is nice and the Staff is really friendly. We hope to plan another trip here next year.

I’ve stayed at many places on Watts Bar Lake and this is by far the best. All the amenities, attentiveness from the owner, no more than a slight downhill walk to the lake, excellent dock with electric and cover for two boats. It was absolutely everything I had hoped for. I will be back

Paradise at Watts Bar Lake
We were a family of four couples. This house accommodated us very well!!! It has everything you would need for your stay. The dock was also perfect for our two boats. Jason was a great host, also!!! Answered all of our questions in a timely manner and helped us plan our stay!!! Thank you Jason for allowing us to rent your home!!! I would highly recommend to anyone!!! You have a great home and we made many memories while vacationing there!!!

This house checked all the boxes we needed for a spring break getaway: ping pong and internet for our son and me, plenty of towels and very nice upgraded kitchen for my wife and a screened in patio accessible with minimal steps for my mom. The new deck with wi-fi access was a great spot to take business meetings! Everything was in order when we arrived and we had no need to contact Jason for anything amiss. He was a wonderful host who was communicative prior to the trip with lots of useful information, but left us in peace once we were there. We all enjoyed our time there and were sad that our time had ended so soon when we were packing to leave. Would 100% recommend and we look forward to returning!

Fishing Getaway
This house is our home away from home. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The new dock is amazing & adds so much value to what they already offered. The property manager/owner is great to work with. His communication with house guests is top notch. Addressed any question we had immediately. There’s nothing better than sitting in a hot tub on a cold evening looking at the stars over the lake. We will definitely be back.

Friends Fall Break
We LOVED the dock and the view and the water!! The house was very clean, but did have a musty smell when we first entered. We opened the windows and doors and it aired out. The bedding and furnishing are dated, but again it was very clean! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We are already looking at booking it for next year!!

A great lakeside house all around fantastic!
We had an awesome weekend at this property! Rented a pontoon boat Friday at Blue Springs Marina and a short boat ride to the huge 2 bay dock at the house. Our whole group was able to watch football on the dock Saturday with the wifi! Inside had plenty of room and very nice set up for hanging out and relaxing. Jason was a great host and we will be back!

Totally enjoyed our stay. The dock and boat house was awesome. Everyone had a great time. The ping pong table was a bonus and the kitchen was well equipped. Enough beds for everyone and lots to do.
