Very clean and beautiful property. We had a ton of fun and it was nice to have some water toy items available. The view was gorgeous and the double-decker deck was amazing! The home was nicely decorated and had a lot of high end touches that made it feel very welcoming and luxurious. There were a lot of activities nearby and a great boat rental company that rented out boats for 24 hours (Watts Bar Boat Rentals), which was amazing. The restaurant at Terrace View Marina was a pleasant surprise with some incredible burgers and fries. The water was an absolutely perfect temperature and the other boaters were extremely friendly. It would have been great to have more towels and disposables, as well as dish washing soap. The grass was not cut and had a lot of ticks, and be prepared for the walk to the dock, it was very steep and strenuous! There were security cameras in several areas on the property which I also think should be disclosed. The kayak was in good shape but the canoe needs new seats and some paddles were missing, and one fin was missing from one of the paddle boards. There was no Lilly pad. All-in-all it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again! The host was very communicative and kind. We brought our necessities (disposables and a Lilly pad as well as kayaks and paddle boards) with us so none of those things were an issue and we truly enjoyed our stay. The home is gorgeous and beds are comfortable.
