We did a girls weekend here in May and had the best time. Paula was very helpful. The house is HUGE and there are lots of amenities. Recommend for families, girls trips....

This house easily held all 14 of our group of guys with room to spare. The pool deck was perfect for relaxing and the green space great for yard games. The only downfall now is that the lake is so low, the lake access was basically non-existent. That's no fault of the homeowner though, just bad timing. The owner was responsive, directions for the house were easy to follow and she even called the first day to see if we had questions.

This house made for such an incredible girls weekend! We never wanted to leave! The house was super spacious, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. Paula is super helpful and great with communication. Would totally stay again!

We loved our stay here! We had a bachelorette party and there was so much space! The house is HUGE! Much bigger in person! The pool and hot tub were perfect! The only unfortunate thing is the water is low in the canal that you can’t even see the water like the pictures show, HOWEVER it didn’t really matter the house was gorgeous and we loved it! Everything was clean and check in and out process was so easy! We rented a boat from Keep Austin Wet and that was super close (7 minutes away). Definitely a great house to book! Also we forgot an item and Paula suggested mailing it back to us, so thank you for being a great host!

Paula's place was perfect for my large group and was even larger and nicer than expected in photos. There is so much space for many folks to stay comfortably. My group had 13 people, but 16 could have easily fit comfortably. The beds were all comfy, and there were so many amenities. I've stayed in many rental properties without such thoughtful touches. She had every kitchen appliance we could ever need, many games, plenty of pillows and blankets, and such a lovely outdoor space! We loved the pool and hot tub so much. The neighborhood was quiet, with a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. Plenty of seating for everyone for awesome group meals. And we loved using the grill! Unfortunately, the lake is dry on the property, but we had so much fun in the pool we barely missed it. Will definitely plan to stay at this property again!

Paula’s home was perfect. My big group of 16 fit perfectly! There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was big. Everything was super clean when we got there and Paula was nothing less than wonderful. She was helpful, had timely responses, and had everything we needed! I HIGHLY recommend this home!

We had a group of 15 guys staying at Paula's home for a Bachelor Party. There was SO much space - more than enough to accomodate all of us. The house was very neat, easy to access, and Paula communicated quickly. We enjoyed the pool when it was warm enough and the ping pong table / pool table when it got cooler. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who like to spread out across a huge house!

This property checked every box our group was hoping for AND some. The perfect residence for our friend group reunion. Super clean, up to date, spacious, and aesthetically beautiful, I couldn't find one complaint about this listing. Mrs. Paula was responsive in a VERY timely manner and we couldn't ask for a better host. 10/10 recommend.

The house was good for a larger group, however we had some issues with the house. Hi Paula. We have left the house and followed your instructions for check out. I did want to make you aware of a few things we encountered during our stay. The pool would not heat over 65, even though the listing claims the pool is heated. All the Teflon pans were scratched and were dangerous to use. We ran out of paper towels and could not find extra. Remote for ceiling fan in master bedroom is not working. Ice maker in main fridge did not work. We also had to shut the water off for a long period of time due to a broken pipe.

We really enjoyed the house! The pool, ping pong table, pool table, and large living room were great and the dock/swing on the water were super fun too!

Went with a bunch of friends and has an amazing time at this house. Really well set up for a group of friends with tons of activities. 10/10 all the way around, I would love to come back to this place.

This house impressed my friends and I greatly! There was more space than I could have imagined, most of the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the place was well stocked both indoors and outdoors. There was so much charm and beauty at this place and the views, the chance for close friends to reconnect with a place like this and disconnect was honestly perfect. I loved being here and if they would have me, I'd gladly come back when I revisit Austin! Paula was wonderful to communicate with, kind, and incredibly helpful. The house is far enough to the city for peace, but close enough for a night out. we also loved how many luxury bathtubs and water feature in the pool created a really relaxing stay for my friends and I. Thanks so much again!

Fantastic home. Plenty of communal areas. The lake is low, but the water by the dock is deep enough to safely use the swing on the second story. Spent most of the day playing off that swing and in the lake!

We really enjoyed visiting Lake Travis and staying at this home with three young families and one grandparent. The pool was convenient and the home had plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location was convenient and there was plenty of seating for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The home has a small office which was nice to step away from the family activities to take calls and handle work that some parents needed to complete while on vacation. Overall the layout worked well and the renovations in the home looked nice. The home has a dock connected to Lake Travis, one day we picked up one member of our party using a jet ski and the dock was convenient even though there was lower water levels at Lake Travis compared to our prior visit three years ago. All the same, I recommend this home if you plan on visiting Lake Travis!

Enjoyed relaxing outside in the pool on the hot Austin afternoons. Nice location - close enough to Austin so you could be in the city with a short drive.

Paula was an excellent and gracious host. She was very accommodating for our group. The home was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of spaces for our large group. The resort style backyard and game room gave us plenty to do!

We came here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The walk down to the lake was a little longer than anticipated but still worth it! The pool is great, the house was very clean with everything we needed and the dock was perfect for our boat rental on Lake Travis. We would definitely come back!

We stayed here with a group of 12 and it exceeded every expectation we had. Between the amazing house, beautiful pool, and Great Lake access we couldn’t have been happier.
