Bikini Island & Mountain Port de Soller Hotel "Adults only"

Beautiful views and lovely breakfast with lots of choice. I loved the pool just the perfect size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely place with nice design.

You have to go up the hill every time you went to the village.

Location and pool area were nice, it’s easy to get to the port. The staff was okay and the rooms were a bit small but fine. We got a handicapped room first, but got to switch to a different room. The styling of the hotel and water stations are nice too.

The insulation is terrible, we constantly heard loud stomps (and much more) from guests above us. The lunch menu is too simple, and breakfast is overpriced. We got sandwiches at the port for a couple euro. The NENI restaurant causes many non guests to flood the hotel and take up parking around the area. The hallway “scent” smells like smoke and the lemon scented shower gels should be replaced.

Beautifully decorated, relaxing place with friendly staff and a huge warm pool. And very close to lots of great restaurants around the harbour. Plenty of sun-beds and good music playing. Good views too!

Good things: location, you get beach towels, a hat and sun cream, on site yoga classes, can top up water for free, very good and health breakfast selection. Breakfast staff v friendly (but not the reception staff or dinner staff).

Room cleaning is every second day unless you say you want it every day - we said we wanted it every day and after the first night they didn’t even change the bed clothes! We had some glasses in the room from the pool that day and they just left them there. Staff are NOT that friendly at reception - I felt like my asks were just annoying them (I asked them for two things - to change my taxi time and for new beach towels as the storm got ours wet and honestly I felt like I was causing a huge problem). Hate that if you want a drink to your room they insisted that we had plastic glasses and we couldn’t bring a normal glass. THREE times I picked up a plate at the breakfast buffet and it wasn’t clean.if you want a pool room Please specify you do NOT want room 127. It’s barely a pool room because it’s in the corner in the shaded area so it’s really dark and not like the photos. We were waiting for our room to be ready on the first day and they brought me to a shower room to get ready and it smelled so damp. Overall strange smells in the hotel, a bit damp.
