* there was a problem with the hot water in the shower for more than 10h * if you want to hike it takes some time to reach nice hiking paths (or you take the bus) * in the description of my room it said, that the room had a washing machine and kitchenette but both were not available for my room * the ceiling walls are really thin, so my upstairs neighbor unfortunately made a lot of noise in the middle of the night and woke me up

There was a playground for the kids near the room. There's also a larger city park and playground right next to the property.

Unfortunately this is the worst stay we have ever had in Georgia and with booking.com. We booked a "Two bedroom suite". It turned out to be a "Cottage". There were two bedrooms, but it was not a attached cabin to a bunch of other cabins; definitely not a suite. We paid for 4 people, but there were not enough dishes or silverware. No tea pot/hot pot, no cleaning supplies or toiletries. We should have brought all of this with us like camping. The walls and floor were dirty. The bathroom was NOT as pictured on the booking site; it was a wet bath and the door didn't close. Our reservations included breakfast, however, they told us it was a mistake and we would have to pay for breakfast (they offered a deal: kids eat free, but asked 25 GEL per adult!). The amenities for Residence Hotel & Cottages said that the pool is free, but the staff told us this only applies to the hotel and we should pay if we wanted to swim (50 GEL). We showed them the booking, but they said it was a computer error and they were not responsible. We will never return here and hope that other people are not deceived by this place. Very disappointed!

Hotel is really beautiful and unique. Staying here is great for partying and having fun as well as family vacations and just relax. Amazing food and many colorful cocktails. Staff members are really helpful. There are sunny days for swimming pool and chill nights for comfortable sleep. Overall staying in this hotel was an amazing experience.

I fully recommend staying at this hotel. Interior of the building is amazing. Garden is wonderful with huge trees. Staff members are lovely and caring. Hotel units many interesting spaces such as swimming pool,billiards,vintage restaurant, bars and many resting places. Rooms are really comfortable and fully equipped. That was a wonderful experience.

it takes time and patience to get extra services on time - be it breakfast, dinner or cleaning of the room. the pool was promised to be opened on 3rd day of our staying but was opened 1 day before we left (8th day out of 9 in total)

The location was goo, we walked 30 minutes to a monastery.

The amenities list at the time of our booking was not correct, no fridge, no balcony and no air conditioning etc etc. The bed had the most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on in 35 years. The swimming pool had an excessive amount of the chemical algaecide - it was unpleasant on the skin. The Pork we ordered for dinner arrived after 90 minutes. It was barely warm, it was dry and hard and tasted of kerosene or what ever the grill was started with.

Staff, especially Irakli was super friendly

We decided to stay there for 3 nights with our 2 year old son. They never notified us they had wedding next evening. We never thought to take our toddler to the noisy evening to relax :) breakfast was very poor, water was not included and they charged extra for water. Also overpriced.

We booked a "cottage" (see comment below) but were able to change to a proper hotel room after it didn't meet our standards. The hotel rooms are beautiful and well worth staying in.

The "cottages" are not real cottages - at least not what you would expect from the actual term. They are bungalow type buildings which have a fireplace but are in general quite run down and not worth it. The kitchen didn't offer too much food (especially for vegetarians) and was, by comparison, very overpriced.
