The highlight of the hotel was our room, the terrace had an amazing view, breathtaking. The room was very big and the bathroom very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel, it is very close to everything especially, the party area, which my nephew and I loved it. You won’t regret staying there. Breakfast was very good, everything was excellent. The owner took care of us, special touch.

The view is great, whether it be from the room, the restaurant or one of the shared roof terraces. - The breakfast is versatile, delicious and changes a bit everyday - The location is great too with short and walkable distances to the center and all attractions. - The room is spacious and bright

The bed was rather uncomfortable, we both had a hard time sleeping and I had a sore back. - We had a bathtub but couldn't use it, since it was missing the plug. We pointed this out several times to the staff but it wasn't fixed during our multi-night stay. - The shower/bathtub-combination is disappointing. The ceiling is too low, therefore you have to duck down when climbing in the tub. Also the room gets involuntary flooded everytime and the water temperature changes randomly. - House keeping comes at around 5pm. In my opinion this is too late and collided in our case repeatedly with us returning from a day in the city. - The path up to the hotel is partly very steep and can get slippery. Something to keep in mind, especially for older people. - There is no room safe and the door to the roof terrace barely locks.

Everything is good.The location is amazing! 5minutes walking to the Narikala citadel.

Great breakfast. Hotel is positioned in a historical center. Work table in the room. They checked me in, even if I arrived earlier than expected.

Strange AC - it changes temperatures, sometimes starts cooling down instead of heating up. I turned it off, but it might not be an option during winter/summer. Slow WiFi. Only one bad pillow. Only one power outlet (near the bed) available and none near the table. Somewhat noisy in the evenings (1900-2300) but I'm not sure if it's a restaurant or Tbilisi in general.

every thing was outstanding, most of all location, view, additive stuff, comfortable bed. special attention to restaurant that was awesome, real homemade hinkaly in the city with 20% discount

amazing view and friendly staff, love the balcony a lot! it’s a bit cold in winter to stay outside, we still enjoy our daytime there.

- Nice place in old center, however the road is a bit narrow - wasn't problem for us - Looks like hotel is located in old museum and it's interesting, we liked the idea - Great view - Nice food with decent price

- Old sockets that are losing connection all the time - Loud party late on Sunday just above our room. It was going on until 12 am

the car parking is bit hassle, but manageable. the breakfast is repeated everyday and not much interesting and very very limited

The view from the hotel rooms and from lunch room is amazing. Each room has unique information about Tbilisi.

I was there with my husband and our beds were separate. we were unable to connect them. We got room 5 and room 10

All was perfectly fine except it was quite cold in the room. Nonetheless they quickly fixed it.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, and the view from my window was unbelievable amazing.

The toilet cover was broken and I informed the hotel staff, unfortunately no one come to check it.

The hotel is in the old town of Tbilisi & is in the perfect location to all the attract nearby.

Hotel located in the beautiful location, however, i was with my mom, who is 70 years old and it was very challenging to come up or down every-time. I think those details should be mentioned
