فندق سما المسك Sama Almisk Hotel

Alhamdulillah, our stay at the Sama Almisk Hotel was absolutely perfect. We booked and arrived on the exact same day during Ramadan. As anyone knows, Makkah is incredibly packed during this blessed month, but they accommodated us seamlessly. What truly set this hotel apart was the out-of-this-world hospitality from the staff. We walked into the lobby in a rush right around Iftar time, and the employees were so genuinely kind. Before even worrying about the check-in process, they immediately approached us and asked, "Did you break your fast? Here, take, take," generously handing us free dates and water. It was such a beautiful, welcoming gesture that we truly appreciated. Across the board, I give them a 10/10. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the location is highly convenient, and it offers fantastic value for money. I highly recommend staying here. May Allah reward the staff for their kindness and excellent service!
