Very good maintained hotel in Istanbul's centre with nice room. You have easy access to all places with the help of public transportation. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly and polite staff, especially Muzaffer, Ayhan and Ahmet. I definitely recommend it!

first i has been stay in this hotel for 5 times me and my family for many reasons : 1 - hotel is so clean 2 - hotel location is reasonable to any place in isteklal street also so near to taksim meydan 3 - breakfast is amazing have many categories and many item and include more than you need and the quantity of food to much and very fresh . 4 - staff is very smiley , helpful , active , personal clean , 5 - the hotel have very good staff under supervision of mr. MOSA he is great man do any thing to make your stay comfort , Mozafer , Ilhan , form restaurant very nice , active , smiley , clean and do to much effort and serve you as well , my recommend for them a bonus ( money & off day ) , also the staff in recaption are very helpful ( Mohamet , Sisible ) ( sorry if there mistake in names ) , house keeping is very clean staff and they clean the room as well and fill it of all you need ( shampo , shawer gil , teeth prush .....ETC )

We highly recommend staying at this hotel for the high standard cleanness, large and comfortable rooms, friendly stuff and convenient location. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh and varied choices daily. And well worth mentioning the extremely friendly and helpful stuff in the breakfast room, Muzaffer and Ayhan, caring for our every need and making sure we started the day in a positive mood. The noise from the nearby restaurant bothered us for two nights as sound proofing is not that good.

Ubicación cerca de una de las calles mas populares de Estambul, cerca del funicular y metro que conecta con el centro. El desayuno es tipo buffet con muchas alternativas. Personal amable, aunque no nos explicaron bien cómo movernos al centro. Bastante limpio

Nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta, y se oía muchisimo el bullicio de las terrazas de la calle y la gente al pasar.

.Perfet location if you are into shooping, night clubs and many food options around. The breakfast was tasty and changed daily. Muzaffer from the Breakfast stuff such a friendly guy, always with a smile on his face and his service is more than I expected. The room was big and always clean. I felt very comfortable. The Hotel stuff are great, but my heart goes for Serhat from the reception. He took care of me when one night I arrived a bit drunk, always asked if I need anything and offer to help. On my last night he also helped me with food delivery and my conversations with him was as I speak with a close friend. You are lucky to have him! Shalom, Thank you for everything:

My room was in front of a Bar Restaurant so during the weekend it was too noisy. I arrived few hours before check in time, I asked for the Wifi code because my room wasn't available, but the reception guy said I can't get it. Also I wanted to go for breakfast instead of another day but also I got a "no" answer.

Everything was amazing, the service, location and clean rooms and the breakfast! The highlight of our stay was the kindness of Muzafeer and Ayhan who made every breakfast joyful and very nice !

Location. Breakfast (exceeded our expectations, with variety of hot and cold meals, salads, fruits, cakes etc.) Very attentive staff. During our stay Ayhan made our breakfast time enjoyable. Reception staff has been great, always ready to help. Unfortunately, we have not taken names but want to thank you to: - receptionist who booked for us afternoon tea at Pera Palace Hotel for Saturday 15/07/2023. - receptionist who booked a cab and helped us to move our bags to place where taxi driver awaited on 19/07/2023 morning.

The location is good. Breakfast was good with Muzafir and Ayhan excellent in service. Also Fatih at reception was very helpful. Hotel is clean.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small. I would advise not to buy anything on room service. Extremely expensive. Small pizza was 15 euro or 450 lira.

The hotel was clean with comfortable rooms and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of fresh items, and available till 10 AM with very friendly waitstaff.

The view from the window was overlooking very old building/neighborhood.

I stayed 5 days in your hotel and the service I received from muzaffer and ayhan is outstanding, simply amazing, it was always fun to be with them, they helped with everything needed and treated us like family Thank you, I will definitely come back because of such people

Location is amazing! Right of the Taksim square, and pedestrian zone, you can easily get anywhere on foot. Public transportation is also nearby, and you have shuttle bus from the airport to Taksim square so you don't have to use taxi at all. Staff was very nice, especially Muzaffer who served us breakfast!

There was a party across the street and it was like it's in our room, windows are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything happening outside.

The location is excellent. It is only 2 minutes' walk to lively Istiqlal street (a place that is buzzing till late in the night ), 5 minutes to the Taksim Metro/ the Funicular to the Trams/the Airport Bus stop. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the crew was second to none. Special thanks to Muzaffer for his service at the breakfast area,
