Cave Rooms Sassi

The location was great and not far from the parking garage and the upper area of Matera with lots of shops and restaurants. Loved it was on a road that nobody could pass by, so it was very private. The beds were so comfortable, and the shower carved into the cave was amazing. Nunzio who helped us was lovely. The views when you walked out just a few steps from the door were spectacular. The walk to the bottom and up to the church on the hill were much easier than it looks. It was a really special spot to stay.
