Hotel Porta Felice & Spa

1) In the old city Centre, walkable distance from all the main locations 2) nice terrace as breakfast room 3) spacious room 4) helpful staff

1) the gym is small 2) the room bathroom may require some refreshment 3) the electronic key didn’t work, they gave us the old fashion key

Great location, stunning views and very friendly staff..

Only real probably was lack of working sockets in the room, which was a little strange..

The breakfast was very meager, consisting mostly of sweet items and pastries. The fruit was overripe and nearly spoiled.

I didn't like the fact that the central air conditioning in the room was turned off during the day without warning. I also didn't like that the room floor—which was very dirty—was never mopped during our week-long stay. The hotel's location is poor; it is situated in the historic part of the city, which is terribly dirty and in a dreadful state. Furthermore, taxis arranged by the hotel turned out to be unlicensed, charging us 50 euros for a three-kilometer trip. All in all, I would never return to either this city or this hotel.
