Everything here was great. The kind staff, the comfortable quiet room, the front terrace cafe, the garden restaurant, the breakfast options and the nearby parking. And I can’t forget the perfect location! Walkable to all in the old town.
There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location of the hotel with regard to the sights in Arles is excellent and most likely affects the nightly price which I was
quite willing to pay. We did not make use of the spa but did enjoy the bar on the premises. Restaurants are close by,
Our room while somewhat small was clean and comfortable. It is a popular hotel so booking in advance is advisable.
The staff are excellent in helping you get settled in your room and answering questions about activities.
Access by car to the hotel is very controlled being it is very close to the Roman Amphitheater. A person has to communicate with the hotel before arriving about lowering the street barrier and must have good directions in how to get to the hotel. Public Parking is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Great location between the arenes and the theatre, fantastic to see. Everything walkable.
The young man who checked us in was charming and kind.
Our room was located in a private corner, yet opened onto a lovely internal courtyard.
Pleasant common areas for guests, play area with toys for kids
No kettle, cups, fridge etc in the room so we couldn't relax on our beds with a book and a coffee/tea unless we bought one from the coffee shop (where there was a rather grumpy woman serving, so we avoided it). An older lady on reception was rather brusque too.
Only one bath towel each, 1.2 rolls of poor quality TP, no conditioner
Noise (loud music) until midnight one night
