Tolles wellness-hotel
Jetzt wirds schwierig. Eigentlich wars perfekt. Zumindest konnte das Hotel Nichts dafür, dass es schlicht zu heiss war und die Bettdecke zu warm war.

Ungekünstelt stets freundliches, hilfsbereites und rundum motiviertes Personal. Selten so einen schönen Aufenthalt erlebt - insbesondere nicht mehr nach der Pandemie.

The hotel itself was lovely with excellent facilities
It was a hot day and evening but the room air conditioning was not working. One of your staff kindly provided two fans which helped.
I stubbed my toe on the bed but because it had metal feet with finished but still sharp angles I cut my toe on it meaning the I could not use the pool or solbad this would have reopened the wound. I would recommend covering the feet of the bed to make them les prone to injury.
The indoor pool room was so hot and the pool itself so warm that nobody seemed to be using it.
In the spa close to the solbad, one of the relaxing beds next to mine was out of order. When I tried to use mine I understood the reason why. The back rest on mine would only sit completely upright or completely flat, there was no other adjustment like there was on the other beds.
Finally when the floors of the spa become wet, through people using the pool, whether wearing hotel slippers or bare feet the floor becomes dangerously slippery.

we found a red stain in the bed sheet the first night, when I spoke with manager next morning regarding it he directly answered that there no refund in a very impolite way . which is I didn’t ask for, just a ward of sorry will do solve the problem.
from there attitude we felt unwelcome so we decided to leave the hotel the next day (although our booking was fully paid for 4 nights and we just stayed 2 nights) and we left to save our holiday.

Eveything was amazing!!! The setting is breathtaking, excellent spa, friendly and super-helpful staff, good food, comfy rooms. And the masseuse, Barbara, is an absolute miracle worker! We’ll be back for sure!

This is a beautiful hotel set in an even more beautiful town of Spiez. We were made to feel very welcome even though we were not perhaps the usual hotel guests as we were looking to explore the area - this is a hotel for those that want to relax by with the spa and watch the world go by. We wished we had used the EV charging and perhaps missed this in the description. Rooms were big and well cleaned - apples in the corridor were welcome and we may have had most of them!! Breakfast was excellent but we could not dare adventure to the dinner.

The location is excellent. We really enjoyed the area. It was great for our dog as well. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the garden very much and both pools. It was very relaxing.
It would have been helpful to know the boat can take you to some great places to visit. Also it would have been good to know that reception was the only place to book the private bath. We ran out of time to use it but I know it would be awesome.

The location and their personal , restaurant was amazing and the spa treatment center was really nice
There is no separate bathroom in the room ( I guess it’s design feature) but I really don’t like it. You can hear everything and it’s not convenient to use at all. Please redesign your room for the future. It makes your hotel really nice .

Would give 5 stars to the bubble massage pool, views on balcony, breakfast and the checkout services(Got two bottle waters and a small jar of jam - nice small gestures that can make big difference to customers)
Rooms are really basic, not on par with a middle range room of a 4-star. Specifically when we pointed out room has no resemblance of what’s shown on booking.com (we booked comfort room w/ bay view), the solution we got was barely satisfying. We understand the hotel was fully booked hence no way to switch room, but after much negotiation efforts/time spend, all we got as compensation was a welcome drink at bar with LIMITED option.. a 4/star could done better than that

Excellent food in the bar on both evenings, first time salad with trout, second evening wonderful house beefburger.
Room very quiet and comfortable, especially considering it is next to the road. Fab morning view down to the castle and lake!
Would be good if rooms could be totally non-smoking, including on the balcony, as the guest in the room below was smoking on his balcony early on Sunday morning and the smoke came up and into my room.

Love this hotel. My husband and I come here regularly. The service and amenities are great. We love the spa and swimming pool as well as dinner menu. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. It is always a pleasure to come back
