Location great staff good breakfast

Dated furnishings, needs an update especially the shower.

1. Staff - super friendly staff. Anthony is amazing 2. facilities - very clean, nice bathroom, great air conditioning 3. Location - just 2 minutes walk from Il Campo and duomo!

it wasn’t a problem for us, but just an FYI - after 11pm the elevator access is closed.

Very good location as it is in old town. Really liked valet parking as it is not so easy to drive in those Italy streets. Breakfast was good. Rooms was more spacious than I thought it will be. Also was really quiet at night.

To my taste a bit to hot in room (and it was April), especially in bathroom (because of heaters). But it is not a big issue I guess.

The bed needs and upgrade

Absolutely excellent staff who bend over backwards to take care of every detail. The hotel also provided exceptionally early breakfast service for those who, like myself, were doing the Strade Bianche bike race. The room was great with a fabulous view over Siena, and the hotel is really close to everything you want to visit, while being easy to get to by car following the excellent instructions sent by the staff.

Some noise from neighboring rooms but not enough to prevent me from sleeping!

Excellent location, close to the Piazza del Campo, about a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. I have now stayed in this hotel a couple of times and would definitely return again!

There is not really anything I didn't like. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Above that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is amazing, the staff was wonderful with helping us park our car in their garage, and the breakfast was superior compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. Wonderful!

Perfect location between the Duomo and il Campo

The hotel is in the heart of the centre,very near the magnificent Duomo and the Campo.Very nice breakfast.They also took care to park our car in their garage,obviously at a price.

It’s not the hotels fault but parking is a bit if an issue. Like a lot of Italian towns you have to park outside. We ended up parking in the Stadium car park which was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel you pay by the hour.

Location within the city walls. This really is a great location, within minutes walk of Piazza Del Campo. Ability to drive to hotel and park (albeit for an additional €20 per night). All staff were very helpful, friendly and considerate.

The quadruple room we had was VERY basic. The decorative condition of the hotel was quite poor, with our room and all communal areas in real need of refurbishment. The hotel has the potential to be truly exceptional, but is let down by the décor.

Location is excellent, walking distance to all main attractions / things to see in Siena.

Hotel is extremely out-dated. Furniture, carpets and overall rooms need refurbished. No view from the room, just looking into other buildings. Breakfast was basic and served in the basement / cellar with no natural light.

The location was very esay for exploring the city. The breakfast was adequate and served in a nice cellar location. The staff was polite and eager to assist. We had to change room in the second day as the first room we got was not the one showed on the reservation photos and we complained about it. The second room was much nicer with a balcony and a nice view.

The allocated rooms should correspond to the photos shown during the reservation. The hotel could use a refurbishment. The furniture is rather old and worn. The beds have seen better days. And the cleanness of the floor carpet of the corridor is questionable.
