Breakfast was average..

Everything was perfect , staff was very friendly, room was very clean , breakfast was also very nice .

I hope next year the pool will work longer and not till 18:30 only.

So much! Location in front of the beach... perfect. Staff... reception staff - apologies if I get names wrong or miss you... but, Aurora, Elena (always smiling), Guileta and all were so cheerful welcoming helpful and friendly. Alessandro and the team in the bar were brilliant, again friendly and cheerful! Room - just what was needed. Not overly big, but you spend so little time there... key things were that the bed was comfy, walk in shower hot and great spray, and a sea view. Cracking pool, a gym, and your allocated space on the wonderful beach... and the beach towels too...

Great location as right by the beach. Sun loungers guaranteed. Staff helpful. Breakfast and lunch good. Lovely resort.

Not fault of hotel and maybe a one off but when we booked a taxi from hotel to airport it was nearly 30 mins late so maybe factor in more time. To be fair difficult resort to get to as narrow streets and not many main roads in.

The air con was not good in the room we had, we asked them to look and they said it was fine but we would have been better off with a fan, room was dated and only way you could see the sea was to lean over the Terrance and look up the road great view of the car park we had

the bar and restaurant are beautiful and great places to relax. the location of the hotel was excellent.

Room air-conditioned was weak and balcony door was difficult to operate.

I recently returned from my week-long vacation in Jesolo. Niagara turned out to be a very comfortable hotel. I stayed in a single room with a balcony on the 4th floor of the main building. It was a room with light walls and a large bed, probably recently it was renovated - the furniture is new. The cleaning, changing of towels and neatness of the bed was done every day - very nice.

 The breakfast was quite simple, but everything needed was there. I was surprised by the very sparse availability of vegetables - chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika were packed into little plastic boxes, which I found only on the third day of my stay. Surely it would have been convenient to put them on a large plate? 
There is a cozy bar-restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, where you can have a refreshing cocktail. 

 If you have questions about traveling in the region, the receptionist at the front desk can tell you how to get to the right place more easily. (Ciao Aurora! ) The hotel staff speaks excellent German and English. To Venice (San Marco) I suggest taking the ferry from Punta Sabbioni. (Round trip ticket costs 20 euros - It may be expensive, but it's worth it. ). Jesolo’s bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Everything was really fine!

You have your reserved umbrella on the beach right in front of the hotel. Pool is also nice when the sea is not clean enough

Wifi at the Mini Niagara was weak, has been hard to stay connected. Also sound insulation needs improvement.

This hotel is so well located the beach is incredible and the personal sun loungers are such an amazing experience.

We weren’t huge fans of the restaurant menu. They needed some classics on there too.

sheets and pillow were dirty, never got replaced by cleaners. you could smell sewage throughout the room if the bidet plug was open (which the cleaners left open every time they came).

Close to everything right on the beach. In old side quite dated.

Need to update all property not just main hotel.

Serving of the breakfast. It is a buffet but the portions are limited by the staff. It is claimed that it is due to Covid, but guests don't feel pleasant when they can only put on their plate which is approved and portioned by the staff.
