L’emplacement, le décor et la beauté des chambres . Personnel très agréable

Le personnel qui nettoie les chambres le matin sont très bruyante , Il toque même à la chambre à 9h du matin pour pouvoir la nettoyer une première ….

la literie très moyenne et l'insonorisation des chambres mauvaise . On entend tout les bruits de couloir ainsi les différentes activités de l'hôtel.

La ubicación y la limpieza.

El ruido en la habitación, se oía todo, no se podía descansar y lo peor toda la noche un ruido de ascensor, o compresor insoportable.

Petit déjeuner en terrasse bord de mer.

Agencement de la chambre , la SDB trop petite, la vasque au dessus du lit (pas pratique du tout). Bouton poussoir de commande lumière, sur la tête de lit est lumineux. Il nous a fallu mettre un coussin pour cacher la luminosité du bouton...

1. Booking Discrepancy: Despite reserving a frontal Seaview room via Booking.com, the hotel failed to provide the specified accommodation, initially offering a room with no Seaview followed by a room with partial Seaview from the balcony. The situation escalated as staff initially claimed we had not booked a room with Seaview, then indicated Seaview rooms were unavailable. The inability to fulfill the booked accommodation reflects poorly on the hotel's service standards. 2. Mishandling of Error: The hotel staff's response was disappointing, as they first attempted to deflect responsibility onto us, only acknowledging their mistake (their wrong encoding of rooms in booking.com) after further discussion with management. The disorganised response was frustrating, negatively impacting our experience. 3. Hygiene Concerns: Unpleasant bathroom odours and cleanliness oversights, such as crumbs and uncleared residues, diminishing our experience and raising questions about the hotel's attention to detail in housekeeping standards. 4. Inconsistent Staff Attitude: While Ms Fabbiana's service stood out positively, interactions with other hotel staff were occasionally marred by rudeness, detracting from the overall hospitality experience. These inconsistencies in staff behaviour need addressing to ensure a more positive guest experience.
