First Hotel Backpack

This was by far my best hostel experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the whole place had a warm, family-like atmosphere. I really appreciated the hospitality, including the free coffee, tea, water and cookies — such a nice touch! One thing that really stood out was how helpful the staff were. On our last day, when we wanted to go to Polaria to see the seals, one of the guys from the hostel even gave us seat cushions to take with us so we wouldn’t get cold while sitting outside. Small things like this really made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you so much!

The only thing I noticed was that there was some mould appearing in a few places in the bathrooms. Hopefully this can be taken care of, as everything else was great.

It was easy to get to from the airport and the boat! Nice location in the middle of the city

This was an extremely convenient stay. We received an upgrade and the price was much better than we could have ever imagined for the value we got (private bathroom, private kitchen, free Waffles for tea time and an extremely friendly reception).

Very nice and friendly staff at reception. There's a common area with tables where you can bring your food and eat - there is also a shared kitchen and free coffee. The location is also very good as it's a 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes from bus stops and there's also supermarkets around.

Wifi in the room was really poor to the point of it not working at all. The shower let water through into the whole bathroom so when we showered everything was flooded. Window curtains did not cover everything so there was light coming through and people could even see inside if they were curious. We could hear noise when people showered or walked upstairs or even outside in the street - there was constant noise. Finally, after checking out we were marked as a no show (which means we would not be allowed to leave a review. I wonder if it's on purpose or if it was an accident)
