May y la Srta.

Nada realmente importante.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was fantastic—just steps from the main street and with easy access to the hotel lobby, which made everything very convenient. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which we used frequently and found to have everything we needed.

The lighting in the rooms could really use improvement. In the evenings, the bedrooms were poorly lit with only dim bulbs, making it difficult to see clearly. We requested additional lamps and brighter bulbs for all the rooms, but unfortunately, the staff was not very responsive to this request and only provided one floor lamp. Their response felt a bit stand-offish, which was disappointing. With better lighting and more responsive service, this would be an ideal stay.

Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Accommodation was ok but we didn’t find it luxurious or good value at the premium price the hotel is charging.

Apartment is in a building away from the main hotel and accessed via a steep spiral staircase. Gives the impression that it had been furnished on a tight budget. No blinds or curtains at windows - whilst this may be common in Norway there is a lot of light pollution at night making it difficult to sleep and the apartment is overlooked from other buildings (particularly the main bedroom and lounge area). There was also a lot of street noise outside (shouting, etc.) in the early hours every night. The apartment generally felt a bit unloved with a few too many (mainly minor) issues which were flagged to Reception but not addressed. Only one door key is provided which is inconvenient if you are in a group. Location not particularly good for bus departure point if you are planning to join any tours.
