We loved this Hotel the Girl in the reception was very very nice and helped us with all the questions we needed , around you have some restaurants and if you want to rent a car you have several options around tue hotel , they as well made us some breakfast boxes the day we left so we can have something to eat at the airport we loved the attention highly recommend

Breakfast was very basic, no fresh food was on offer, only dry staff. I would have liked to see different types of cooked eggs,a selection of Fresh juices, slices tomatoes and cucumber

Nikolas hotel was lovely. Very clean and tidy. Our room was well appointed, with an extremely comfortable bed with a sea view and a balcony The shower was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Highly recommended and we would certainly return.

Everything!!! This is the way a hotel should be run! The manager is top notch and the owners are very lucky to have such a fabulous concierge, chef, customer relation person and manager all rolled into one delightful person. She took care of all my partners physical challenges which was way beyond her job descriptions! Thank you so much Eve for such a lovely stay!

The location is outside of main Fira town which made it a little quieter from the busy traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and everywhere was very clean. My room was beautiful and a great size.

The room was quite noisy as I could clearly hear what was happening in the room next to me and above. Particularly when they used the bathroom and shower. This was fine most of the time unless my neighbours had an early start

We had a room in a separate block just down the road which meant we were detached from the main hotel.

Evangelina made our entire stay what it was. We arrived a day late and with no bags thanks to the airline, but she instantly made us feel relaxed. She went out of her way to help us track down what we needed, and gave us sun cream, and even a dress for my friend during our first day without bags! The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for getting around the island and far enough away from expensive Fira but close enough to enjoy the amentities. There is no way we could properly express our gratitude to the hotel, the staff, Evangelina and all others we came into contact with. They are the most welcoming people we have ever had the pleasure to meet.
