The space & decor were amazing. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast well worth the price too. Lots of added extras we weren’t expecting like netflix on the tv, nespresso machine etc

The only downside was there was a power cut at one point due to someone charging their scooter which made us late to a dinner reservation. The temperature of the hot tub was variable and we weren’t able to use on the last night and it was so cold.

Our whole experience in Floria Suites was truly amazing! Everything was just perfect, the property, the location and the staff, especially Fotini, she was helping us with everything and made our stay in Santorini rememberable! She organised both the pick up from the airport and the drop off to the port. During the stay she gave us lots of advices on where to go, how to get there and what to see. My husband had his birthday while we were in Floria Suites and they have organised an amazing birthday breakfast for him, even with a small birthday cake! Thank you so much to everyone how contributed to his brilliant start of his special day! The property is sparkling clean, with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Very quite location, so we had really good sleep every night. I can highly recommended Floria to everyone who would like to visit Santorini! Thanks to all the staff at Floria 🥰❤️

Staff were very welcoming, the place was beautiful videos/Photos dont do it any justice. The indoor spa/Hot tub is to die for. We got given cake and juice in the morning, the place is kept spotless by lovely poppy.

everything! Fotini, the hostess, was incredibly courteous! It was our anniversary and my birthday, she prepared a table with champagne, wine, cupcakes and candles, seriously so thoughtful! days before our check in she sent a list a nice and close places to go, and also where to park! I can not recommend enough this place! and I already told my family, next year we all go and we will book the entire place!

I was so amazed of how excellent everything was. the service and the place was just gorgeous. was very hard to believe that we got such a good place that we did not want to leave the room!!!!! I highly recommend this from so many other places. you will be so happy you make the choice to stay there!!!!!

Honestly, don’t know where to start with how INCREDIBLE this place was. The host (Ms Fotini), the owner and the cleaner were all just so lovely and friendly. The suites are fantastic, spacious and very private. We really enjoyed how quiet they were and we’ve left feeling extremely relaxed. The treats left for us every few days were a nice touch and I couldn’t recommend Floria Suites highly enough. The pool / indoor plunge pool we’re amazing. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing - everything was exceptional.

I want first to thank Ms Fotini for her great welcome at Floria Suites! She was always available for any recommandations, advices or requests. Her small attentions made the difference in order to feel at home and relax at Floria Suites. The room - with private jacuzzi - was really well decorated and equipped, and perfectly clean. It looked brand new! Floria Suites is well situated, in a quiet village in the middle of Santorini. Even though it’s only ~15 minutes walking from Thira’s main bus station, I’d recommend you to have your own vehicle to go around the island. Parking is available at the house. Otherwise everything is still accessible easily by bus. I definitely recommend Floria Suite for those who want a quiet and comfortable nest, in the middle of (crowded) Santorini!

I didn’t note any negative point; but am making the following suggestions. As there are only few restaurants around, a small breakfast could be included in the price of the room. And the jacuzzi could be a little warmer, but that’s a personal feeling!

The room is in a good condition and with good facilities.

Location is not exactly as it shown on Google/booking. The owner sent us the location by WhatsApp and it's off road. Hot tub was cold and could not be heated so we barley used it (even though we chose this room as it has a hot tub). We booked a taxi from the owner that costed 25 euro (which is pretty expensive) but we didn't have any other options in the area as it's off road. We expected a private taxi but instead it was a shared van (do taxi drivers in Santorini make 50 euros per 10 min drive?).

1.) The place looks as advertised 2.) Super central location - middle of Santorini 3.) Wonderfully proactive staff (Ms Fotini was amazing!) 4.) Little touches like bringing toys for our four year old and leaving little goodies for us every morning, daily housekeeping, 5.) very clean property

The hospitality here was absolutely wonderful - above and beyond. Our host even brought a birthday cake for my partner and other small treats and surprises throughout our stay that really elevated the experience and made us feel like we were on a true vacation. The space itself was nice and roomy and private - comfortable and great for cooling off after a hot day walking around.

I thought the outside swimming pool is a private one while it was a shared pool.

Fotini welcomed us and was so kind. Anything we needed she helped us and was super helpful. The apartment maid is also very kind and cleaned everyday. Pool is amazing and spa bath and the interior is perfect.

The accomodation is amazyng with an aye of the detail. Every singel thing matched and give a feeling of home. Fotini, our host is very very kind, lovely and super attentive. You can always look for her help and she would be there. It was a pleasure to meet her!! The hole team was very freandly!! Thank you again.

The ventilator is a little bit loud, but it wasn't that bad.

We had such a great time at Floria Suites. Ms. Fotoni is extremely friendly, helpful and was always at our disposal. The apartments have everything that you need during your stay. It is a place that you really feel at home. My wife and I have been fortunate to travel to more than 80 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, according to her Floria Suites was the best place she ever stayed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped in which was handy as we were traveling with two small kids. We went with friends that stayed in another apartment next door so we had the swimming pool just to ourselves. My 3 year old son loved the jacuzzi inside the room. I would recommend anyone going to Santorini to stay at Floria Suites. There is private parking so it is very handy if you renting a car. I would definitely stay there again.
