- The rooms were comfortable and very clean - Breakfast service was superb and food was fresh, delicious and abundant - we had access to the business lounge that was always quiet, private and inviting with delicious warm supper served daily. As well as condiments and beverages that were available throughout the day. BUT, the highlight of our stay was definitely the welcoming and friendly staff that stopped at nothing to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and satisfying as possible! Thank you so much - Brandon, Shelley, Medea, Alexander the barista, Eve and the rest of the wait staff, Amara fron reception, and of course, Barak the concierge! Apologies to all those we didn't mention - you were all AMAZING! There was one instance where our aircon didn't work properly, within less than 12hrs we were upgraded to a suite without any problems or hassles. We would like to mention that this hotel was hosting refugees from the conflict zones and we noticed that they were treated with so much respect and understanding by the hotel and its staff - well done!

Terrybl breakfest. I have never ever had in my life worst breakfest then here. The beds was comfy but the pillows what is that? The big pillow its bigger then my body. ufffff. my neck. The gym dasty dirty ..... no minibar at all . totaly empty fridge.

-אין בריכה חצונית -אין תפריט לכל קומה מה יש בה העובד בבר בלובי קיבל אותנו בצורה לא יפה כאילו שעושה לנו טוב שהוא עובד. שילמנו 70₪ על כוס וויסקי בלאק לייבל קטן ובקבוק קולה היה בתפריט השולחן מחיר ובפועל מחיר אחר - צריך לקבל 50% הנחה על החניה,לא עדכינו אותנו אנחנו בדקנו לבד😁

שהיתי בחדר אקזקיוטיב. רמה גבוהה. נקי, מרווח ונעים. נוף למערב העיר. מיטה גדולה ונוחה. אמבטיה גדולה. פקידי הקבלה היו אדיבים ויעילים.

הטלוויזיה היא מדור ישן. אי אפשר להתחבר לאפליקציות.
