Good food, a clean room and a good location

This was our second stay at Leonardo Plaza City Tower Tel Aviv, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We stayed with our children in a very spacious room, which was spotless and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent, and we would especially like to thank Ofra and Efrat for their kindness and attention throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic, and breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh and delicious food. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again in the near future.

The pool was in renovation so we couldn’t use it

Nice room, good wifi, clean, comfortable bed, location wasn’t too far from public transport so we were able to get around. It has a nice pool area as well. They also gave us a room upgrade, a half bottle of local red wine and some sweets. We asked for a kettle and one was delivered to our room.

The first person we had at check in was very pleasant to deal with. Subsequently most of the staff seemed more interested in their mobile phones than attending to guests. How does a hotel at this level not have a rule that you can’t be on your phone when you are front of house during work hours. It’s an unprofessional look. Also got asked to leave the pool area one afternoon early as they want to close up early.
