There was no breakfast.

Just about everything. Photos did not show the disorganized office, the frightful outdoor appearance, the lack of a chair or sofa, as shown.

The staff was very nice and polite. The room was spacious and the balcony was huge. There were all the basic utensils for the kitchen, and the bed was really comfortable. The free wifi worked well too. The suites are located two blocks from the beach.

The noise isolation between the rooms is not great, and you can hear other people in the neighboring rooms. There was some construction going on the front road so there was a lot of dust outside, and it was hard for the taxis to get there.

Room was nice, clean, and a good location. Would stay here again.

What a great place to stay. Very clear communication at all times Staff were extremely helpful. I was able to leave my bags at a sister-hotel round the corner, after checking out. It was clean and comfortable

Very nice apartment and roof terrace, good furniture and facilities.

Just two minor points: a kitchen towel and a dishcloth would have been nice, the buzzing of the aircos on the roof was disturbing during night.

the street has problems because they are doing some construction and in the description of the hotel they never say that … is better if in the description they put that and then when the guest arrive know that and it’s not a surprise .

First of all, do not get fooled by the pictures as you will most definitely not get the same apartment as the pictures. The bathroom is very dark and with no windows(picture have), the balcony does not connect to the living room and the view not overlooking the street but to the neighbor in front of you as close as it can get. There is no amenities enough for the people of the booking for the entire stay. Not enough shampoo or soap for the amount of days/people booked for. Considering there's a small convenient kitchen, they do not provide any napkins or tissue paper. Then, there's a coffee machine but only 2 cups (we were four). But these points do not compare to the neighborhood this "hotel" is situated in. The "back entrance" takes you through an alley full of trash cans and very scary at night. I do not understand how this location can be convenient and frankly i was not expecting a 5 star hotel but it does not cost 230 USD per night, the cost and the value does not match AT ALL. However, I need to say that the only positive thing is that the staff was very kind and helpful. One suggestion I will make is to have someone from the staff physically present 24/7 in order for your guests to feel welcomed and appreciated during their stay.

The host was very polite and helpful, even allowed us to check in early. The balcony was amazing, it was a wonderful place to relax with a great view. The suite was very clean, spacious, with a modern finish. The mattress was of very high quality. The location was also great with a supermarket across the street as well as a short walk to the beach and the restaurant area.

Best value for money . although came very late - on of the staff members had showed me the room and the procedures of early checkout. Room was very clean, and had all the needed facilities in it.

Only thing is that the street is under construction so parking was more challenging

Very good pozition. Down near building you can find Farmacy, Supermarket, Ticket for comon transport, hair salon , nails salon bus to take to the airport no 445 has the station under corner 2 minutes walking. The sea is a 5 minutes walking .

Proximity to restaurants Shlomi was very helpful and made our stay great

We just stayed for 2 nights and I reckon it was good value for money. With close proximity to the beach, we could easily walk down. The place itself did not provided for breakfast but had coupon for restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast at Bread & Co. Shalom who manages the place was very helpful and even provided a USB charger as our iphone/ipad chargers did not fit the power sockets.

We were travelling with lot of luggage and the lift was not accessible from ground floor; we had to carry it up and down the stairs. Lighting within the rooms could be much better. Floor wasn't that clean.

Irene is really kind and the hospitality is great! I would recommend it for sure and if I go to Tel Aviv again, I will choose it with eyes closed! Clean and comfy ❤️👏

It has everything you would need! All needed kitchenware, toiletries, etc.. Location is perfect. Staff was really friendly and helped us to get a taxi - we were also able to leave our luggage at the office for one full day

The apartment was super well located. Nice facilities for a couple of days. Super clean.

The photos of the website weren’t the room we stayed. No balcony, no view, nothing was liked the photos. Also, many things were old and needed to be replaced. The space wasn’t very clean.
