La ubicación, las instalaciones, las vistas, el desayuno, la calidad y calidez del personal. Te permiten quedar más tiempo en las instalaciones, pero entregando la habitación, eso es un punto muy positivo.

El estacionamiento gran parte no es bajo techo, y al parecer no es suficiente.

Love it there. The only let down was the coffee . We have one of the best coffee in the world , and they use a machine .Not good . Fresh coffee please

It's a real dream place.

The location is amazing, right on the beach, beautiful view from our room too. The loungers were great and we enjoyed the food that we ordered from the restaurant. Breakfast also had a lot of variety. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and gave us great recommendations for where to go in the area to eat.

Water pressure in the shower was very bad. No soap in the room on our first night there. No tea/coffee in the room.

The bedroom was dirty. There was a number of issues with cleanliness: - remote control was ar conditioning was greasy and dirty which is specially concerned in times of a world pandemic - battery for the air conditioning was flat and not working - bedroom was overall dirty with dirty stains on the walls - there was a number of flies touching the food on the breakfast buffet. It was disgusting and we decided not to eat on the first day. - there were some screws poking out the bed and danger to step and get the feet hurt. Overall it was a disappointment, we left one night earlier and only stayed for the second night because I had to drive six hours to go back to the previous location and I was too tired of making the journey the day before.
