Great location - on the beach and short walk to the Bali Icon shopping mall. Beautiful setting. Gorgeous landscape grounds. Nice swimming pools. Lovely staff.
Rooms could do with a really good deep clean. Fixtures & fittings looking a bit grubby and tired in places.
Would be nice to have one pool as adults only (one nearest beach) to avoid them both turning into a kids water park at times.
Hotel had some over running building work going on. Bit sneaky didn’t tell us until just before arrival and too soon to switch. Ignored my questions via email about it and whether spa was open. Disappointing customer service. Did give us something to compensate and our room was away from works. Just felt a bit covert to avoid cancellations. Only there 2nts before return home so no great shakes.

Location, gardens and 2 back pools.
Breakfast choice was very average.
Hopefully, it can improve when the new restaurant opens
Renovations were expected to be finished by early October. Unfortunately they weren’t for our stay.

"Quiet resort Balineae style with comfortable stretchers at the beach and excellent beach service. 10 min on foot to the modern shopping center, great beach promenade"
