The property was clean,comfortable and in a great location.

Voor ons was het hotel gewoonweg te groot en onpersoonlijk. Lange wachttijden bij het ontbijt en kamer was niet op tijd klaar. Zeer slechte wifi. De afstanden vonden wij echt te groot.

Food was great…. Loved the landscaping and the animals on the property (Ducks etc)

It was complicated to get an early check in. Also, the staff does not tell anything about the property or the activities..therefore I did not know that they offered yoga so I booked at a resort down the road. they should sent the list of activities by email or whats app to ALL their guests… I learned that they offered aqua gym when I left… when i suggested that they should communicate the activities better…they just didn’t care… very disappointed by the attitude of the staff…they’re not customer focus. Also, they only have a ‘’Local bank’’ ATM….Therefore, 100% of their guests can’t use it…what’s the point??they still tell you that you can go and try it…why do they do that???? They know it won’t work…! I saw a line of disapointed guests …they staff should be better trained and NOT tell guests to try and ATM that won’t work…big waste of time.

Uma belíssima estrutura de resort, com ampla área de piscina, e arquitetura moderna balinesa. Paisagismo impecável, desde a entrada até a praia. Quanto aos quartos, são de decoração moderna balinesa, com banheiro amplo com boa distribuição, além de chuveiro de teto e vaso sanitário separado do banheiro. Muitos lagos pela propriedade, com direito de alimentar todos os peixes e patos. A área de Spa é gigante, integrada a uma outra área de piscina e academia. um lugar bem calmo e tranquilo pra quem quer ficar em um ambiente totalmente isolado e zen. Já as piscinas da frente, são bem agitadas e de frente ao mar, tem muitas opções de espreguiçadeiras ao redor e também na praia. A praia em frente tem um calçadão que percorre a toda a orla de Sanur, onde há vários outros resorts, além de muitos bares a beira mar. O próprio hotel disponibiliza bicicletas para alugar por hora para poder rodar a região. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é excelente e os menus de almoço, lanches e jantar tem muitas opções, além de promoverem jantares temáticos com danças balinesas. Na rua principal se encontra muitos comércios, desde pequenas boutiques, restaurantes, cafés, SPAs e souvenir, vale a pena dar uma saidinha pra conhecer. É uma região de Bali para se ir com a família e curtir o local, pois não esta próxima de nenhuma região badalada de Bali e nem das Villas e resorts de lua de mel, é um local bem calmo e tranquilo.

The closeness of the room to the pool and restaurant and the size of the room. The room service. The friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast and eggs to order anyway! Access to the restaurants at the adjoining resort.

There could also have been more information in house about activities to do at the resort like the water sports, hiring bikes and scooters and typical prices you should pay for these given/explained at the start of the holiday. Rather than us working it out at the end of the trip when it was too late. We also did the snorkeling trip to Penida which was organised through the Hotel. It was marketed heavily as swimming with the Manta Rays but when we arrived we were told that there was no visibility so we would not be going to Manta Bay. Most people were on this trip to go to Manta Bay so there was a lot of disappointment. You have to question if this was known at the time that we booked. Surely the Hotel could have advised their guests of this before booking and paying.

The hotel seemed overwhelmed when we checked in, and we couldn’t access our room until at least one hour after check in time. Despite requesting interconnecting rooms, the hotel did not advise us this was not possible with our room types until we checked in, which made it difficult while trying to manage children in one room. Almost every hotel now has a Nespresso machine in their rooms; I suggest this would be a valuable addition

Everything was perfect, the staff, room, food, environment. Such a lucky and fabulous find.

Obwohl das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, konnte es mit einer fantastischen grossen und sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage punkten und liegt direkt an der fantastischen Sand-Beach. Die Poolanlage ist sehr grosszügig angelegt und ist umgeben von sehr vielen gepflegten Liegestühlen. Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die immer sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter:innen. Begeistert hat uns auch das sehr reichhaltige Frühstückbuffet, wo es an nichts fehlte. Die Pizzeria, im balinesischen Stil gebaut, mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die ausgezeichnete Küche hat uns immer wieder begeistert. Das Zimmer in der de luxe Ausführung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hyatt sehr wohlgefühlt und wunderbare Ferien verbracht. Das Management machte uns einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Weniger gefallen hat uns: der sehr kleine Balkon und der schlechte Zustand der Fahrräder. Bremsen lasch und Schaltung defekt.

Tolle Anlage, sehr gemütlich, absolute Empfehlung. Da schönste Hotel, welches wir auf Bali besuchthaben!

Leider in der letzten Nacht etwas muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, durch die Abwassserleitungen.

Le site, le personnel, la nourriture

1) Quand c’est plein c’est un peu trop de monde pour nous. Le personnel a moins de temps pour nous faire sentir comme un client unique 2) le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, mais trop long pour avoir son thé ou café (jusqu à 10 minutes), et le personnel débarrasse de façon trop empressé (on comprend que c’est pour préparer la place aux suivants, c’est un peu désagréable) 3) le processus de Check in check out est trop long, on reste debout dans la chaleur, les cartes bancaires ne marchent pas très bien, et le solde du deposit lors du check out n’est pas rendu immédiatement (il faut le réclamer fermement pour l’obtenir, et seulement en cash - c’est anormal que l’hôtel fasse de la trésorerie en gardant le deposit au-delà du séjour du client). Je n’ai pas du tout aimé ce passage.

Wir waren hier sehr glücklich und entspannt. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass wir mit Ende Oktober nicht in der Hauptsaison sind und daher nicht ganz so viele Gäste da waren. Daher haben wir immer problemlos freie Liegen im Schatten finden können und unseren Lieblingstisch am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Frühstück war ein Traum! Alles, was man sich wünscht und jeden Tag ein etwas verändertes Angebot. Dieser Kokospudding… wow. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt!

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht blitzblank, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Alle Zusatzleistungen im Hotel sind sündhaft teuer, aber dann bucht man einfach keine. In diesem Hotel wird laut personal Leitungswasser für die Eiswürfel verwendet, ich hätte von einem 5 Sterne Hotel schon erwartet, dass man hier auf die Mägen der Gäste acht gibt, die die Wasserqualität auf Bali nicht gewohnt sind. Vor allem weil gleich im Begrüßungsgetränk Eiswürfel sind. Da rechnet man natürlich nicht damit, dass es keine Mineralwassereiswürfel sind.

The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff are amazing so attentive. Beautiful sun beds very luxurious and nice polite signs saying that you cannot reserve sun loungers. Food very good. Nice selection of alcohol too.

The service whilst sitting on the bedach wasn’t that great. They operate a green flag system but almost every day the green flags was not on the beds and you would have to find a member of staff to serve you. When we did locate the staff they were extremely helpful. The hotel bars close so early 10:30pm. With the lobby bar closing at 11pm.

Everything was perfect. Staff, location, rooms they all exceeded expectations. Tropical paradise. Perfect place for a couple as well as a family. Only a small negative was the WiFi would drop out from time to time but that can happen anywhere in Bali. Will definitely return next time we visit the island of the gods. Couple from UK
