Great location. Nice touch to provide food and drink on arrival.

Our villa unfortunately didn’t look like the one in the photos. There are five in the complex and feel we got the “back up villa”. The timber boards above the pool pump were broken/loose and a safety hazard for the kids. There were minimal utensils/items in the kitchen, no teatowels. The aircons in the room could barely keep up and we found it very hot at night time. Pillows very uncomfortable. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced after cleaning, and generally we felt this villa wasn’t well maintained. We also got stung an extra 180k on arrival when paying by credit card which is misleading and questionable when the villas invoice doesn’t include that extra charge.

Nice clean villa with big pool. The staff was very helpfull and even had some drinks, snacks and fruit waiting for us when we arrived.

Location was excellent! Just off the main street, but in a very quiet laneway with 24 hour security. Friendly staff (Wira was extremely prompt in replying to any questions after our arrival) and property was clean and exactly as described. The villa is one of 5 and was very quiet, we never heard the neighbours. Outdoor area and pool was on the smaller side, but even with 2 adults and 2 kids this didn't seem to matter.

Was missing a hair dryer, but this was promptly received when asked for. The front door started sticking (there was a lot of rain the day we arrived), but again once we told the staff they immediately fixed it.

Excellent location, the villa is exactly like represented on the pictures, quiet neighborhood, good for families with kids. A lot of restaurants, massage parlors and shops within few minutes walking.

We have had some animal or a few residing in the living room (could have been a mouse, a rat or a bat) that had been creating noise, eating food/fruits that had been left unattended on the kitchen table and leaving its feces all around the living room - on the floor and on the walls, sometimes these feces literally were falling down from the roof. The owner was not responsive, did not return phone calls and responded to whatsapp messages with delays and not to all of them. The only thing the owner have done is installed the mouse traps in the kitchen area that did not really work and were not able to catch anyone, although it was obvious that the bait in it have been eaten. Besides that the umbrella by the pool had been broken and was never fixed despite multiple requests and the beach towels have had dents on them. The kitchen furniture was completely destroyed and unusable. It was not a pleasant experience staying in such environment and this is not what I expect paying over 200USD per night for accommodation. We have eventually moved to another accommodation after completion of our prepaid stay in that villa.

The villa we stayed in was fantastic. It was spacious and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom villa and both rooms were big and comfortable. The living area was big, with great lounge set, dinner table etc. Enjoyable stay indeed.

The only main issue was the water pressure in the showers of both rooms.. Extremly weak and honestly you cannot shower there. With that said, the outside shower next to the pool had hot and cold water with good pressure. I landed up shower there twice a day. Also, if you want to watch TV, the TV is not good. Very view international channels with bad reception.

Last minute stay for 2 nights before flying back home. Great value for money. So clean. Especially the bathrooms. Towels smell like flowers. Amazing welcome gift that contained fresh fruit, chips, biscuits, soft drinks and beer! This was such a nice treat because the kids were hungry and we were so thirsty when we arrived. Daily servicing is amazing - they even cleaned my babies bottles 🍼 which was a lovely unexpected surprise. Fresh water cooler in kitchen for unlimited filtered water. Great location right by all the shops and restaurants. Close walk to beach and board walk.

The entrance to the villa had a pond with stepping stones to the entrance. Though pretty, it was a little awkward coming and going with the prams. I imagine most people wouldn't have a problem with this though.

Pool is nice depth. Spacious living hall and bedroom. Bed is very comfortable.
