Glad there was a receptionist to talk to when we arrived.

Location, room and staff. Prompt responses from staff regarding questions we had.
We thought there was going to be a clothes dryer in our room but there wasn’t. Not really a major concern but it was a bit inconvenient.

They have everything you need, eg. cooking stuff and laundry. They kept out luggage until 4:30 pm and called taxi for us.
The bed was a bit u comfortable, shower drain was slow.

Nothing much as the Taxis cannot park on the side of where the apartment is ? We had two big suitcases and two hand luggage and it was difficult to cross the road to get to this place . Staff were not really aware where we cld have a good meal as their recommendation was poor
As above , location , there was no dryer , shower looked dirty due to the colour of the paint
