Breakfast had the basics and the staff were very accommodating. The room was great - well set out and decorated. The mattresses were on the hard side. The kettle was faulty and requires checking the connector plate and a microwave in the room would have been a nice touch, though not essential. On the whole, a pleasing experience with wonderful staff.
The venue met our expectations - wifi was somewhat erratic

There was no dinner, but breakfast was very good and the room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
There was nothing really that I didn't like.

I loved the friendliness of the staff
I didn't like that I couldn't sleep well the first night. People came in drunk early morning hours and we couldn't sleep at all. I know it's not the staffs fault but they should have a zero tolerance for disturbing other guests. We had to attend a funeral and couldn't sleep from 3am.
