LOCH LOGAN HOTEL

Loch Logan Hotel is easy to find and there is lots of enclosed safe parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us some good tips as to when and where to go to when we went out.

Everything except that the WiFi was not working in our room, the staff was pretty nice and food was good

The fact that the WiFi in our room (room 10) was not working and only Worked when we were in the restaurant didn't sit well with me at all, the staff told us that they don't know what the matter could be.

Breakfast was pefect

On the tables, there is nothing that you can use to wipe if you spill something. If you can have a flask of warm milk readily available.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was good. Secure parking was good.

We booked while on the road from Cape Town and took this room as the offer was an upgrade to a deluxe king room. We liked the sound of the central location (we don't know Bloemfontein) and proximity to a part of town where we could find a quick dinner. However when we checked in around 17:30, the room didn't appear ready - there was a meal/room service on the dresser for one person (not our order), which was removed when we queried it. There was one dressing robe with holes in it, the towels and bath mat were frayed, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room of blocked drains. It also didn't seem to be an upgrade as advertised on Booking, but we didn't debate this as we were leaving early the next morning. Not worth a repeat visit.
