The property is one of the best I have experienced in recent years. The staff are very polite and take care of guests as if they were family, always ready to help.
Location-wise, the property is in a very calm and quiet place close to nature. But you have all the modern facilities.
No comments, since I like everything. I think all hotels/resorts must learn from this property how to take care of guests and their comfort.

Good value for money, Grand Coloane is a short drive from the casinos and perfect for those wanting alternative accommodation away from the Casinos. The beds are small, we had 2 queen beds (I would say they were Australian double beds) for 2a, 2k., they were comfortable but we were quite squashed.
Breakfast was delicious and well priced. Good options for room service.
Pool was nice and large, with an indoor pool which we mostly used.
The security latch on the door was broken, I would not feel safe if I was a solo traveller because of this.
The porch was tired looking but to be fair it was so hot it was not really usable anyway.

Our son always enjoys staying here when we are in Macau due to the pool. The gardens are lovely, the staff are friendly and it always has a warm and inviting vibe for families. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.

"Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im Grand Coloane Hotel. Der Service war sehr gut, der Ausblick vom Zimmer (Ocean View) ist der beste in ganz Macau, das Frühstück ist hervorragend.
