Excellent location in the centre of old town , Ines was a fantastic host who met us and took us into the apartment. She went above and beyond to arrange what we needed for our stay with a young baby.

The interior design is clever and pretty. The apartment was truly spotlessly clean and our hostess was very accommodating and gracious.

great that we were allowed to store our luggage for free during the daY as had an evening flight

location location location, it was great. right next to everything in the old town. taxi can drop you at Pile gate and the flat is short distance with few steps. the lady was just a message away if needed anything. gave exact description of how to get there. flat was very nicely decorated and had generally everything.

the staircase. I didn’t realise it’s in the 3rd floor. my mistake I should of asked. with a suitcase it’s very difficult. the lady was nice enough to help me with it when I arrived. this is not a place for people who have issues with staircases. or ask for the 1st floor flat.

Great location! Very clean and well equipped. I loved that we were met by the owner when we arrived and she walked us to the apt. Great value too.

Beautifully appointed and dead centre of the Old Town. Amazing.

No lift to the third floor but I knew this in advance. Beautiful staircase and surrounds so no hardship.

Loved the location, inside the city walls & minutes to a market, restaurants, bars & sights!! We both felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The washer was a huge plus & we loved hanging the clothes on the clothesline like locals do! Kitchen has a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, & small cooktop. Good for long term stays. I'd enthusiastically return to this apartment!

We couldn't work the A/C the first night so we had to have the windows open over the streets which get a little noisy with people walking by. We are late sleepers and had a more comfortable/quiet second night with the A/C on.

The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the centre of old town, but in the quieter little street, everything is on the doorstep. Place was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfy and we had a very lovely welcoming, hostess Ines is the nicest lady, she was waiting for us and we were running late from the airport :).

There are 3 studio apartments just off the main strip of old town (Stradun), we were in ‘Orlando’ on the 3rd floor. As per other reviews there is a lot of stairs if you have an issue with your legs or health be aware. Dubrovnik old city is pedestrian only so it’s a walking holiday break/ plus many flights of stairs to the room. But you’ve been warned ! The studio is beautiful and spacious not at all cramped. Wifi and tv worked well. Shower and hot towel rail worked well. Iron in the corridor and washing machine in the bathroom (no dryer but heated towel rail works well). Full length mirror was lovely good space for trying on clothes make up hair etc. With a plug there too. Bed comfortable and amble room for hangers and storage. I would recommend if the owner could provide a welcoming bottle of water on arrival. We stayed in 5 other location/ apartments in Croatia and this was the only one which didn’t provide a complimentary bottle of water. Location was slap bang in the old town but old town is small so no matter where you stay in old town you would be slap bang where you need to be.

The apartment was comfortable, stylish and very well located. The shower was particularly luxurious! We were met on arrival which was much appreciated, and everything felt very easy.

Great apartment near the core of Old City Dubrovnik. A great home base for exploring. Ines was a wonderful and extremely accommodating host who made checking in and out super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Good, central location; right off the Stradun. No major steps to apartment. Near many restaurants and all major attractions in Stari Grad.

Spent 3 nights here in August and honestly I can’t fault the apartment. Very modern, very comfortable, very clean and in an excellent location. Literally right in the heart of the Dubrovnik old town and central to everything. Even having a coffee machine and pods provided was a really nice touch as I love a coffee in a morning. Shower was out of this world. Possibly the best shower I’ve used in any apartment or hotel that I’ve stayed in. Will definitely stay again returning to Dubrovnik

Great location in old town where you can walk to everything. Ines arranged for our airport transfer and met us at the city gate. A very short walk to the apartments. We rented 2 apartments in her renovated 700 year old building and both were clean, modern, with comfortable beds, good showers and great windows to block out all the outside noise! Appreciated the Coffee provided and laundry lines outside the windows for drying our beach towels.

Our kids stayed on the 3rd floor apartment and there are a lot of stairs to climb, though they didn’t mind it! The location of the apartments is worth it.

Perfect location, a few meters from the Stradum. Clean, modern apartment. Very confortable beds. The washing machine (not always available in this kind of apartment) was much apreciated.

Location and super friendly housekeeper

The place is extraordinary! The apartment is modern and well-equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and cosy. It is located in the very center of the town so you can reach all the important locations on foot. The owner is very nice and helpful. Great value for money! Will definitely come again!
