Be aware that there is no lift and up to 90 stairs to climb depending on which apartment you are in.

chambre très bien équipée avec un bon coin cuisine. grande salle de bain agréable, et une vue extraordinaire sur le bord de mer.

Le lit pourrait être plus dur. Petit déjeuner bien, mais sans plus. Le prix de la chambre indiqué sur booking devraient être en dirhams et non en euros. Le paiement devrait pouvoir se faire en carte bleue. A 150 euros la chambre, on peut payer en carte.

la publicité est trompeuse car elle indique une terrasse. En fait il s’agit de la terrasse de l’immeuble mais il n’y a pas de terrasse privative.

The property is truly stunning, boasting an ideal location that adds to its charm. The apartment was immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, offering ample space. Additionally, the breathtaking view along the coast was a remarkable feature, creating an unforgettable experience.

My experience was marred by an unexpected issue regarding the payment method. Despite booking a non-refundable rate with the understanding that charges would be made to my credit card as per the terms and conditions, I was taken aback by an email received a day before check-in, instructing me to pay in cash. This requirement was inconvenient and impractical, especially considering the significant amount involved and the challenges of carrying such a sum while traveling. For a property that aspires to offer a luxury experience, adapting to more modern, secure, and convenient payment methods is essential. If the property is cash only, then you need to make sure it states that on the page. Furthermore, a notable discomfort was the quality of the bedding. Unfortunately, the bed was not as comfortable as expected, and the pillows were excessively hard, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. Addressing these aspects would significantly enhance the guest experience, aligning it more closely with the luxury standards the property aims to uphold.

Of all the places I have visited in the world, this is one of the most spectacular! The apartments are so amazing. We were in a group of friends and rented three apartments, each was beautiful and unique. The views were literally breathtaking and the apartments are clearly furnished to a high standard. They are also immaculately clean. One of my children got sick when we were here and the staff at Jack's Apartments went so far above and beyond the normal service to help me out. They arranged for a doctor to see him, made a trip to the pharmacy for me and checked in on him. I can't say enough about how special this stay was for us and what could have been a really stressful situation was made so much easier by the amazing people who work here. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone!
