Charmante moderne Villa für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren von Essaouira, nur 13 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt an der Straße nach Agadir, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und 7 Minuten von Sidi Kaouki (wilder Strand). , in der Nähe des Flughafens und wenige Kilometer vom Golfplatz Mogador entfernt. Diese Villa ist auf einem geschlossenen Grundstück von 3000 m² gebaut und das Haus von 170 m². Einfacher Zugang über eine sehr praktikable Strecke. Sie umfasst 4 schöne, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Bad, geräumige Schränke (darunter zwei Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin eine offene Küche voll ausgestattet, Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick über die Natur, eine Pergola mit einem komfortablen Wohnzimmer und einem Esszimmer, ein kleiner Bio-Bauernhof und ein Grundstück ist wunderschön bepflanzt, mit Rasenflächen bepflanzt, schöner Pool mit Dusche unabhängig,
Die Villa verfügt auch über ein traditionell eingerichtetes Berberzelt im Garten. Ideale Orte zum Ausruhen und Entspannen, die sich auch für schöne Spaziergänge rund um das Haus oder zu den Stränden von Essaouira eignen.
Möglichkeit des Kochens gegen Aufpreis.
Die Villa ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Marokkanische oder gemischte Paare, die keine Heiratsurkunde haben, dürfen leider nicht buchen.
Die Villa verfügt auch über ein traditionell eingerichtetes Berberzelt im Garten. Ideale Orte zum Ausruhen und Entspannen, die sich auch für schöne Spaziergänge rund um das Haus oder zu den Stränden von Essaouira eignen.

This villa was a paradise for my family of four (kids 12 and 10) after days in the road in the desert and the southern coast. People were ready for down time and the beautiful, tranquil secluded property was perfect. We mostly cooked our own meals, hung out by the pool, read, played games and relaxed. The property is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable and clean and the villa is stocked with almost anything you could need. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. No issues whatsoever. Such a perfect stay!The two things to note: 1. Access to the property is off of an unsigned dirt road from R211, NOT as indicated on Google maps. 2. While there is a hammam on the property it needs to be booked and otherwise is locked and off-limits.Highly recommended. One of the best stays of our 5-week trip!

We spent 10 days here, it was really fantastic. House was great and the garden even more better. Communication was really friendly aswell. We come back

We had an amazing 3 nights at this property. It was sooo relaxing here! So much space and beautiful, inside and out. The owners were lovely and made us feel really welcome (particularly important when we didn't find the property straight away - Google maps took us a road too far... thankfully Kamal shared his location and we got there straight away, then!)Kamal also arranged for us to have our food prepared by a delightful local lady and both meals were delicious! (A tagine and a couscous meal) We also enjoyed wonderful, relaxing massages in the beautiful spa area - perfect!

Property was ok, gardens were well kept and good to look at. There is another smaller property on the other side of the garden but it wasn’t habited during our stay. Inside property could have been cleaner as felt dusty. Very basic bedding and limited kitchen utensils. Would have been nice to have a few essentials available on arrival like dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder, bottled water etc. Property slightly hard to find entrance initially as it’s off a dirt track. Gardeners and cleaners were on-site most days from 8am which a bit of a nuisance. Plus on-site cats a nuisance too.
