Villa Ravino Secret Retreat

Der Ausblick war fantastisch und das ganze Hotel sehr gepflegt. Überall gab es Plätzchen zum sitzen und verweilen. Das Essen war super und das Personal mega freundlich! Wir haben und wie zuhause gefühlt dank der familiären Atmosphäre. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The villa is unlike any other, it feels cozy like home, is steps away from a beautiful garden, and has the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was included in our stay and I’ll be dreaming about the bruschetta for the rest of my life. The staff and reception were so helpful and booked out transportation to and from the island as well as answered every question about where to go on the island.

The accommodation does not reflect what is in the pictures, although it was an upgrade. The bed wasn't comfortable, far too hard, the bathroom was old & needs updating. The balcony view of the garden & sea is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the place had just reopened for the season & the pool area & jacuzzi weren't ready. It was dirty & barely warm even though it was heated by the thermal waters. I think they should have told us this beforehand as we had booked far in advance & they clearly weren't ready for quests to use these facilities. The small restaurant was inviting with a cosy inside & outside dining area. Sadly, the menu was very limited because they weren't busy enough yet & we struggled on what to eat for lunch & dinner during our 3 days there. Compliments to the amazing staff that served us every day, we are grateful for their patience with our pigeon Italian. The Gardens was the most outstanding thing about staying here. They are truly a wonder & need to be seen. The variety of different cactus, succulents & fruit trees are amazing. There was also a white peacock roaming around posing for a photo. Even if you don't book accommodation, they are still open to the public
